Car Rental

I ordered a car , my flight was delayed and I was late for couple hours but still the rental company kept my resirvation, picked me up from the airport and gave me a nice car , I really liked the service definitely will order from them again , the guy that served name Pablo , A very nice and polite guy .

RIDICULOUS !! What a disaster this place is. I purchased the 1hr test drive for my sons 19th birthday. After FINALLY hearing back from liberty they informed me that they do not allow G2 drivers to drive thier vehicle although.. NOWHERE in the "fine print" does it specify that. I eventually gave up arguing with them and gave the gift to my spouse. Her ( spouse) test drive was rescheduled several times. Finally we managed to arrange a time that worked and not only was the car we booked not there but the employee was 1/2 late !!! I will absolutely NEVER return

Really friendly, don't have the unnecessary charges like the other companies, they do offer free pick up and drop off... car was clean, highly recommend

If I could I will give zero stars. They don't even deserve one. Economy Corporate should pay attention!!!! First of all the local rental car in Toronto (Mississauga) did not answer their shuttle pick up line for a long time. Even their customer service agent tried calling and could not get connected. As a result we had to Uber to the agency from the airport. Second, the car they gave us had a cracked windshield, but we did not noticed because it was nighttime when we picked up the car. Third, when we were renting the car, we had asked if we could get a credit or refund because we were planning to bring the car one day earlier and they said that they would, however when we returned the car they refused to give us either a refund or a credit. The manager was totally useless and rude and even picked a fight with my husband. We will never ever rent from Economy and will never recommend them. Totally disappointed!!! This horrible rental car is located at: 3356 Elmbank Rd, Mississauga, ON

When we got to the place, we were scheduled with ACE, but they were short-staffed, so when we finally got the rental after an hour of waiting (of which it's only a 5 minute trek down the road), I had to ask them to show us if there were any scratches or dents I should know about, which is when he wrote it down on the paper - after I reminded him. And when we went to return the car, we waited an hour and a half to have the rudest front desk service show up and give several excuses of why she was late. And then tell me that I scratched the car - of which again I had to point out that it was already there to begin with by showing her pictures I took before I even got in when they gave me the keys. Terrible service! Terrible staff! Terrible everything! ZERO stars!!!

Booking online was easy, efficient, cost effective and staff was very helpful as apparently I booked at a different outlet than I thought and when the error was realized once I was at the one I thought, not the one I booked apparently, staff was very accommodating and offered to make the car available at the location I was at. They were efficient and courteous upon the return as well. Will certainly use them again.

Best car rental place

I had a reservation to rent an SUV; made by my insurance company and the guys there made the experience so quick and perfect. Had Dodge Durango 2018 for a week and it’s given to us clean and half gas. The whole experience was nice.

Hidden charges, be careful about this rental place. I personally not recommended anyone at this rental place.

Great experience, good customer service and accessible. Ravi was the staff I conducted the service with and he was professional and supportive.

The best car rental rates in Mississauga

I was just calling to ask if they have winter tire because I'll be moving to a province where snow is a big thing. I just said " Hi there, just caliing about moving truck.." and he cut me to say " Go Website!" .... lol Not gonna spend 600$ on you Mr.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Had a great experience at this location. I have been dissapointed twice by Budget/AVIS, so will be coming back to Enterprise even though the prices are slightly higher.

I would not give them any stars as they are not worth it. No customer service very rude staff no manners n not helpful at all. They only want to serve customers with Hertz booking so they can charge u more n not thrifty or dollar customer. I waited for 3 hrs before I could get a car arranged. They had cars but did not want to give as they were kept for Hertz customer which they had only 1 in the 3 hrs I waited .They said go n complain to the place u made the booking from so I called the customer service of thrifty as I had called them. But they too were of no help instead wanted me to book another car for more price at another location. They are a big scam. They book you n last minute want to charge you more. Will never ever book with them again.

Great customer service and very good service.

Excellent level of service, above and beyond any other place o have rented from.

Koogan, Murali and Abdullah are the best. Always very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.
