Car Rental

So this is my first time renting from this location. I was absolutely amazed at how fast I was in and out. I've been to many rentals places and this by far has been the best fastest service I have ever had. Paper work makes the renting so much of a pain. I was in an out driving in less than 10 min even this she had costumers. The fact that it's a family owned operation makes it seem so much better Well worth the wait. To Add to my experience the woman that we dealt with was absolutely amazing! We got a beautiful car to drive for a week. I have zero complaints. This will be my car rental place from now on and I will recommend to as many folKS as possible. Also for future folks renting the cars I know the cleaning is included into the fee once you return the car however sometimes it's nice for Enterprise to have a vehicle returned the same way as you received it. I took the 15 min to wipe the inside of the car and took it to a car wash. This helps the staff helping others a little faster. I absolutelyappreciate a family owned business . Cheers!

Receptionist lady is vry nyc talking , cooperative with each other . And good price for rent compared to other cmpny . She give me Jeep for rent vry cheapest price . And I like it . Thnx to everyone 🙏🏻

I found the staff very informative and had everything ready when I got there. The car was clean and ready. I plan to rent another car soon.

Very pleasant to deal with. Clean facilities, good cars and they strive to meet my business rental needs. I have rented here twice and will do so again in the future. When I have a long distance drive, they even offer a better deal than just the usual .20 / km.

Harjyot and Daniel were awesome to work with. Great customer service! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Superb staff superb place superb vans just brilliant brilliant brilliant

I was a little nervous before booking a 12 passenger van on rent. But, I must say Holiday Car Rentals are the best rental car service providers. I was completely satisfied with their service. Thank you for making my rental experience pleasant. I really appreciate for your fabulous service and great price. I will definitely use your rental services again in the future.

After my car got hit they were really responsive and easy to deal with for my rental. Definitely recommend them!

The best service hands down. From getting the car to dropping off, it was fast and easy. The staff is great and very helpful. Best car selection there is. Highly recommended and for sure will be going back when needed for another rental.

The 12 passenger van we rented for 2 weeks was fabulous. Lots of room great fuel mileage and easy to drive. The staff were very helpful with directions to pick people up at the airport. All in all a fantastic rental experience.

Good company as per my experience. I remember late nights service despite most closed. Many people happy to get car to their home. I hope you guys bus shuttle service car and more locations. All customers must understand there are many complex issues to be dealt with before picking up car. Let them know USA in advance as we know many cars don't come back in certain areas. Please get cube trucks too for moving ! We need them.

It was nice experience. The agent ''Mohamed" at T3 was super nice . Some customers took a selfie with him. I love the Golden Zone, where I picked the care I like . There are about 20 cars different colours and Models. The Manager helped me to customize the car I picked.

I agree with the comment below. I told the guy several times that I decline the LDW and he charged me anyway... $400. They won't even answer their phone at Pearson and Head Office won't help.

Absolutely first class. From check in to check out. I didn't have a reservation as I had originally booked with Avis. Avis was so dreadful, I cancelled their resevation and walked up to Enterprise. The checkin were friendly and knowledgeable. Made sure the car suited my needs. Price was great too. Car was clean. Had no problems during 4 day use, including driving through a major snow storm. Check out was equally good. In and on my way in no time. Enterprise. Will definitely be my car rental co of choice going forward

The employees were helpful and informative. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and quickly. Car was great! It performed great and was clean.

Do not rent a car from this company. Go elsewhere. They gave us a car without balancing and every time we would drive, the car would shake. The company do not care if you get into an accident or not. They do not care about people’s lives. They keep sending us bills even when we had paid the full amount. We called their helpline to sort how we were getting charged and the stafff was really rude. I don’t recommend this company.

Rent was really fast (less than 10 minutes). The car was ready, and tidy clean. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes (honestly, it took around 2) Good vehicle

Excellent service. Accommodating. The Manager went over and above to ensure we had a good experience.
