The woman when i went to get the car..just left us standing at the desk. W out any explanation of where she was going i stood there about 10-20 mins..until my husband went to go see what was going on..found her .and he called her a costumers service personal.she snapped at him saying she was a manager..that if u want the car u want i have to find one..all she had to do was say something before she walked away for that time..explain what she was doing..leaving customers w out ANY explanation..is un professional...she was very rude to my husband!!

Solid experience. Booked a Jeep Compass or similar and got a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited instead. Make sure you get gas at the Krist that's 9 miles away from the airport or else you'll pay a hefty price upon return.

This location is terrible. Blake and the girl who work there she said her name was Alli on the phone. I came to rent a car for a few days maybe a few weeks ago. Blake handled the transaction and failed to mention the $200 deposit they took from my major credit card (I did not use a debit card). When I called Blake to ask why they charged a deposit on a credit card and failed to mention it he immediately got defensive and began to yell over me on the phone while I'm talking. So I let it go being an adult and thinking this is just some kid who goofed and forgot to tell me how they charge their customers. So here I come a few days later to return the car and no one is here at the time of opening, doors locked and I have to get to work. I come back on my lunch break to return the car and there is a woman smoking practically inside the the store and dressed, well, like a hooker. She uses their phone and bounces in and out the place like she owns it (maybe she is the ownwer?). Any way I will never give this place my business again and will discourage anyone from using them.

we got a rental van when a neighbor backed into our van and I must say they were very helpful they brought it right to the repair shop we left it at the repair shop when we picked up our van a few days later everything was perfect they were very sweet and considerate what's a very pleasant experience I was prepared for a hassle of instead it was just very easy and convenient

You are trying to get money for something that didn't happen while I had your car. I would NEVER rent a car from you personally. You don't even deserve one star.
