Car Rental

Be very careful renting from this slime bag-Mark. I have rented a Budget car through Costco from this place for the past two summers and had similar experiences. Last year he tried to pressure me to take the additional insurance and he tallied up the whole bill easy peasy and then asked "Do you need a copy?" (of the bill). Implying you don't need one, everything is OK-Like Starbucks asks. HOWEVER , what he did BOTH times was charge me for the additional driver which was clearly a benefit in the contract. He tried to get away with almost $30 in additional charges. Last year I said I didn't need the copy but I felt uneasy about him and double checked the credit card bill and the contract when I got home. He tried the same thing this year but I was watching his every move with my contract in my purse. He used the exact same tactics. Do you need a copy? and his tone implies it's so unnecessary. Since when doesn't a car rental agency provide a receipt for every rental?? Every single time I have ever rented a car I have automatically been given a receipt. ( Yes, Mark, you worm, I know what you do.) This year he also tried to bait and switch me to another vehicle. He says, you can get this Kia or else this jeep or this whatever (I forgot). then under his breath he says for an additional $8 per day -for the other two cars. Then as he processes the paperwork he gives you a damage report to sign off on. He just says sign this and then when you get to the car he doesn't offer a visual inspection or say anything about damages. I bet if there had been some damage that I didn't happen to notice I would be on the hook for it upon return. This guy is very wary. He will size you up and see what he can get away with so he can get his extra cut on the rental add ons. I will definitely rent from a different location next year

clean car, great service and mark always gives us a smile and a good rate!

Very professional and very courteous! Will definitely call next year.

Drivers and dispatch are unprofessional. No supervisor @ 5:57 12/20/2018 pm to handle a unprofessional driver, you have to wait the next day to speak to a Govini. I asked the driver for his Van # and was questioned "Why, yall must be having a bad day" after refusing to help a ambulatory resident to his unit. (MAS payrate was for amb. not taxi) Had to walk out to the van just to get # (Van 327) If you use MAS you have options you do not have to chose this company. Company should revamp their customer service!

Very quick service on very short notice

Worst customer service ever. Out of the three ppl I spoke to two of them were very rude , it was as if they hated their job and they didn’t know what ‘service’ meant. The concept of Zipcar is great but if something goes wrong and you have to speak to customer care I would never recommend it.

I had been to different company's but they would pass me to another company or they would send the wrong kind of vehicle to pick me up I'm in a power wheelchair so why send me a regular car. Finally after the company passed me to hope transportation and not notifying me of the change I said I'm done so I switched over to hope transportation and I really enjoy my rides with Kassa he is friendly and helpful. His truck is clean he is on time and he will text you when he is close to picking you up and then he will follow up with a phone call to make sure you are ready I highly recommend hope transportation for all of your needs thank you my name is Theresa B

Visited there last week to talk about a wheelchair carrier for my car. Went back today and finalized purchase. Very enjoyable experience working with them.

24 hour availability. Typically picks you up within 10 mins.
