My favorite car rental agency.

Needed a 5 ton for an emergency, dealt with Melissa and received amazing service, would use again for sure. Great service and pricing!!!

Staff are polite and accomodating. They will pick you up and once your rental is done drive you home again.

Great The lady who is looking after the place is always there for you and is always trying to help out

The old man in there is rude and lacks all traits of decency. I'd never deal with him ever again. I was walking with my kids with we stopped by to check out his used bikes on the sidewalk. He came out yelling at me because I was touching the gears and brakes on a bike.

Excellent service and prices

First thing is for an area that promotes tourism as it's main staple it amazes me that on a Saturday you can not pick up a rental car past noon in August and when I asked about the possibility of having someone there for around 2 pm to get my car for a two week rental the person seemed mortified I would even ask such a thing.The price from the same company a few miles up the road at the airport was almost double for the same vehicle and that location does not answer it's phone anyway,not a company I would recommend or seek out myself again,they had no interest in trying to help a person out she simply said nope we are closed at two that day.And in this comment section you have to check at least one star before you can hit post,I did not want to give any stars to this type of customer service.

Excellent experience, rented a full sized vehicle with no issue. It was a 2018 model, clean, etc. Would rent with again with this location if i return back to Cape Breton.

Absolutely amazing. Easy to get and pick up our car. Drop of was super easy. Our flight was cancelled and they had not checked in our car yet so the lady came and found us to let us know we could still have it until the next day. Upon next day drop off the wonderful lady Kelsey I believe her name is, was super kind, friendly and accommodating for all the struggles we had had with our flight being cancelled. I highly recommend this rental company. Also the vehicle was clean and very well kept We used the Sydney, ns airport location Give Kelsey a raise

The female pilot driver should not have her drivers license. She drives erratically everywhere she goes. Cant keep a steady speed limit, goes from 90k on the hwy to suddenly 120+. Weaves in and out of traffic and tails every person she follows while talking her cell phone.
