Car Rental

Even though they list our reservations they still got a car for me and my wife so they came thru for us

Easy rental. They didn't have out car but went to get it for us because there was an issue with the other vehicle that was similar

They are absolute crooks. Rented a car because mine was being fixed and they took over 300.00 for a cleaning fee, stating that there were ashes in the car. Mind you I am Non Smoker. The photos are in black and white too. Also tried saying there was damage done to the car, after looking further into it it was done previously by someone else who rented the car. I've spoke with corporate and the Niagara Falls offices and I am honestly disgusted with their customer service and they ought to be ashamed of themselves. I will never rent from this company again and by the looks of the reviews it's only a matter of time before Hertz doesnt have anyone renting from them. Enterprise is a much better company, hell a man in a dark alley renting cars is a better option!

Not particularly well signposted as it’s Sammy’s Autos who lease the Hertz cars... so trust the map location and you’ll easy find it. Opposite McDonald’s!

Despite some initial issues with an online rental I was eventually well treated.

Very friendly staff. We came from Niagara Falls CA to hire a vehicle here to go to Montreal. Why? We could not use our debit Mastercard in Canada to hire a pre booked car and we had a hotel booking in Montreal for the next day. We contacted Avis in Buffalo and Angela was extremely helpful finding us a vehicle. Thanks to Angela, our holiday continued very smoothly. A big thanks to Angela and the staff at Avis in Buffalo.

The actual office is ok but one must walk through kind of a rough parking lot to reach it. I got my car rented with no trouble

This location is supposed to be open at Eight A. M. and it is now quarter after and there is still no one here. I need to return a rental vehicle and head to work, but I can not. I'm stuck here waiting for someone to show up. This is not the way to run a company.

The best car rental of exotic cars in Buffalo and I promise you once you rent from them you will see what I'm talking about. Oh and by the way I rented the Lambo, and now I will rent from them until I'm dead #lambo=== I just had to say it again
