Car Rental

I love this Discount Car & Truck Rental. They are always friendly and prepared. Great vehicles to offer at good rates. Been coming here for years. Thomas and his team will treat you right.

Excellent service! helped with exceptional needs. thanks Brian & Mike!

Great people at this family business. Abraham and Richard were so nice. This is a company I would like to come back again and again. Thanks for the wonderful service, guys!

AVOID Hertz like a plague. Incorrect address causing us to be late. Impossible to get a hold of a staff on their phone asking you to press multiple prompts. Counterlady is absolutely dreadful. Don't expect them to honor your quote when you return the car and expect them to rip you off and raise the charges without a reason and then blame you for "not checking" when their manager came to admit it was an error in their Hertz system. Don't expect an apology either.

I don’t see any help at all

Good car for a reasonable price, friendly and helpful service. They even gave us a ride to the airport gate when we returned our car. Had some trouble with the paperwork, but got all the help I needed. All in all a very good experience!

Great, friendly service. The staff made rebel hug a car simple.

Great service. First rate people. Rent from here.

Best station in town.

This place is hard to find and on line they had cars available but finally get there and they have nothing available and i waited 10 minutes for the employee to come to the desk

I called to book a cargo van, spoke to the manager Dominic i was asking simple questions trying to book a truck unfortunately the manager Dominic was very defensive and hang up on me. i will just say what a wonderful customer service he gave. bad experience i will never rent a truck from this place even if i have to pay more somewhere else.

Very professional service!

I had interactions with at least 5 different employees over an 8 day span. Literally every single one them was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. I had the oppurtunity to drive two different cars. Both cars were awesome! And as advertised they picked me up on the first day and dropped me off on the last day. Whenever I need to rent a vehicle in the future. I won't be shopping around. I'll just be going back here.

Discount on Lake St. is a great location to rent vehicles from. All the staff go the extra distance and the manager Prabha is the best in the business. Thanks for all your help!!

This was a great experience. I booked ahead and believe that does make a difference. The staff was professional and polite.

Stayed open for me as I was running late. Made my rental arrangements easy and took time to explain contract.

Quick and easy pick up and drop off.
