Car Rental

Management was professional and very personable with rates that were fair. Situations where the unexpected happens, were handled with the utmost consideration to the customer. Will never use any other rental service in the Buffalo area! Thank you!! Jon Moccio

Always great experience... Upgraded me serveral times for free

Awesome price. Outstanding staff. Will rent with them again

They're are very professional and kind. The service is great! They even treated my 2 year old son with a candy cane. I'd rather go here then to the airport.

Back in March, i walked in needing wheels. By time drove away I had a great rate and knowledge on ways to save even more. Very helpful employee who appears to run this location full-time by herself. She completely changed my tactics and approach for getting best deals for now on. Could use little hit better on site selection, but through another helpful hint if you call before 3pm they can have whatever car you like dropped off before you get there. Definitely place worth checking out if you need to rent a ride on the side.

Damont was amazingly helpful and courteous, and he got us just the right car with the trunk space we needed. This was a wonderfully smooth experience.

Great car..in a very good condition...loved it

went in for a rental due to an accident that caused our car to be totalled. We were stressed and overwhelmed and Tim not only had great customer service, but he was a pleasure to work with. He offered concrete and straightforward answers and actually made us feel calmer and less stressed about the whole process.

No customer service. Very disinterested in helping to resolve any issues. Very poor experience.

Good customer service, clean vehicle on arrival what more can you ask for.

Working with Leslie was awesome

My experiences with Enterprise at this location has always been outstanding! From the warm greeting upon entering the office to the genuine welcome home upon return. This past experience, I traveled to Philly for a volleyball tournament for my daughter. When I returned the vehicle, the same young man was at the desk from which I took possession prior to my trip. As I approached he asked me if I like the Jeep Wrangler, the vehicle I had used, and asked how my daughter's tournament went. That personalized service and the simple fact that he remembered me and the purpose of my trip, along with the history of this type of customer service, will keep me coming back to Enterprise.

Budget is always my favorite.. went to this location for the first time. Impressed as there were no big lines, two staff were there working real quick, friendly, when we go to lower level to pickup the car. The car was ready, clean washed, tank full fuel. All good.

My experience at Enterprise for renting a car at the weekend special rate was outstanding. The manager was most accommodating for every aspect of the rental. Pickup service was prompt and courteous as was bringing be home. Upon arrival at Enterprise, my paperwork went smoothly and the car was ready to go. I really enjoyed the weekend with my Hyundai Elantra rental. This car is very peppy, gives great mileage and handles well on the highway. I will do this again as I have a need to rent a car and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 3544 Southwestern Blvd. Orchard Park will be my first choice. Thank you for great service!

Enterprise is the best car rental that I have experienced. Great service and clean vehicles.
