Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady helping us but she was very informative and friendly! The service was quick and efficient which was extremely wonderful after a very stressful night.

We highly recommend zoom for car rentals compared to any other competitors in the market. They have low rates and a variety of great cars. I have rented from them many times now and my experience has been very nice each time.Great work guys ..keep it up..

Worst customer service ever. I would definitely rather stick with Enterprise over this agency. The worst location is on Whitmore rd in Woodbridge.

Great experience renting car while my car was repaired. They picked me up from Maple Toyota and returned me back after I brought rental car back. No issues, very nice personal, no delays.

Good service and price

I would not give them any stars as they are not worth it. No customer service very rude staff no manners n not helpful at all. They only want to serve customers with Hertz booking so they can charge u more n not thrifty or dollar customer. I waited for 3 hrs before I could get a car arranged. They had cars but did not want to give as they were kept for Hertz customer which they had only 1 in the 3 hrs I waited .They said go n complain to the place u made the booking from so I called the customer service of thrifty as I had called them. But they too were of no help instead wanted me to book another car for more price at another location. They are a big scam. They book you n last minute want to charge you more. Will never ever book with them again.
