There was an error on pricing at pick-up which the staff promptly corrected. Staff was courteous and efficient. Returning car was a breeze. Good job guys. Will rent again.

Good service and really helpful. Had trouble with getting U-Haul set up and finding the right one but when they directed me here we got through everything as quick as we could and the guy helping me went out if his way to get things done. Would recommend

Terrible, rented an suv landed at gp airport and called for shuttle to find out there was no cars available. Do not bother with this company it is a waste of time!

Very disappointed with this experience. Car rental for a business trip in Lloydminister. Representative falsely informed me my card would not be accepted (WestJet Credit Card) because it's a debit\credit card. Surprised by this as I never had a problem before, I called CC and confirmed it is not. Went back to booth (10 min later) and the rep left the site leaving me without a car in a new town. Don't normally write bad reviews, but was compelled by this incident. Business customers beware. Hertz and Enterprise are now getting my companies business.

I have to let you all know about my experience with Discount Rental. i had been involved in a car accident where I took my vechicle to Triple K Autobody, another place where everyone needs to look at taking your vehicle if it was in an accident, Stewart is Fantastic, Jennifer from Discount rental met me at the location to deliver my rental SUV. We wen t through the rental agreement and I was on with the rest of my day. A couple days later my cell phone rang and here it was Jennifer calling to make sure everything was working out for me and if there was anything she could help me with, please to let her know. She really caught me off guard because I was having a rough day and her call, what she really did was express her thoughtfulness and how much she cares about her customers. She is a pure delight to talk with on the phone, she is very professional and goes the extra mile to make Disount Rental stand out in your mind for the next time I need to rent a Vehicle. I will also make sure that I deal again with this great Customer Service rep, Jennifer because she has won my trust and that says alot when talking Customer Service. I also hope that upper management reviews these comments because Jennifer needs to be commended on a job well done. Regards Warren Foster
