The customer service person who worked with me on this rental went well beyond the call of duty. We had to keep extending the time remotely due to a health issue and she (Shaniza) was wonderful. I hadn't rented from Alamo in a long time but definitely would again because of her.

As always with National, easy rental process, excellent car, and easy return. Booked a mid-size, but got a nice SUV from Emerald Aisle. On this particular day, National had the best price of any of the major car rental agencies.

Absolutely first class. From check in to check out. I didn't have a reservation as I had originally booked with Avis. Avis was so dreadful, I cancelled their resevation and walked up to Enterprise. The checkin were friendly and knowledgeable. Made sure the car suited my needs. Price was great too. Car was clean. Had no problems during 4 day use, including driving through a major snow storm. Check out was equally good. In and on my way in no time. Enterprise. Will definitely be my car rental co of choice going forward

Under new management. They will not return your deposit when you already returned the car ( I still haven’t gotten mine 6 months after returning the rental, no phone calls or emails replied to ) crook company, save your money and use a legitimate rental agency!

No not rent from this car rental company . They have hidden clauses on page 3 . Only allow 1400 km from Toronto to Montreal in small writing . When looking up online prior its unlimited Kms.. 2nd to use the toll road in Toronto hidden Costs . Toll road unable to pay prior to entering or pay after online per self per licence plate as they do in other countries , Costs was $ 9.98 total was $ 81.83 billed.To use toll . Unbelievable . Toronto to Pierre Elliott Trudeau drop off fee of $250 also. Stay clear of this company . Their offices are in a small run down building on Marshall st in Dorval . DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY . Poor customer service at return end .

Had a car rental with them, especially said I was 21. They did not update their Terms and Conditions online and did not make me aware of this. I arrive and am promptly told they can't rent me a car since imIunder 23 and leave me stranded. Had to return to the airport to rent with Hertz instead. Lady on the phone was also impatient when explaining how to get there. Don't recommend anyone to rent with them.

Do not rent from them. If you do get a video walk around of the car in daylight. I brought back a car , the guy told me I was suspicious for asking him to do walk around. He came outside. Walked to the passenger side of the car, then walked to the front drivers bumper, got down on his knees , like he knew there was a scratch in that exact location! When we got the car it was dark and light snow. To see said scratch I would have to be on my knees to see it. Then he charged me 500$ to close the file. I called my insurance, they said if a claim was made, it would be 250$ deductible. My insurance and credit company told me to call the police.

The rental place is situated in a trailer, the short person is terrible to work with and very rude. The rental car had 100,000 km with rust spots all over. I have never experienced a 100k km rental vehicle. His business card did not have his last name printed, good indication he was afraid to show. There are other choices. Don't rent from them.

Rented a minivan, used the minivan and dropped off the minivan no hassle. Customer service was great. Did not charge me any additionals, everything went as expected.

Not good leasing company, This company harassment all the time I should report this company, I had the vehicle over 7 years now, had troubles making payments but they get the money payments, now has of today’s date December 7th, 2018, Northstar acceptance says the balance of the vehicle is $775.30.someone said to me that I should go and talk to someone Legal about this problem troubles that I’m getting with this company. And the vehicle is a Lemon I had problems with vehicle so much has going wrong every since that I got the vehicle on December 23, 2011, that’s the date, that I picked up the vehicle. And now the value is gone it’s away Too old and it’s a Lemon 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, I put a lots of money in to this vehicle. The transmission went first we got it and The starter went too about the four stater timing belt, mascara for sensor all the sensors And there’s a whole a leak of the vehicle Sitter sitter wheeler problems I was so mad that’s why had troubles keeping up making payments because it seems That the vehicle always had a problem Not just having a Job low income big mistake by getting this vehicle at first I should’ve did my research or do vehicle background check about the vehicle now i know not to make the same mistakes about vehicles what vehicle to get. What a lemon. I’m so disappointed about this vehicle.

It is completely disheartening as to the false complaints I've read in some of the other reviews on here. It is impossible of there being any "hidden costs" or "unnoticed expenses". During my 12 passenger van rental, I was explained the expenses and fees I would be paying for my trip and had to initial on the agreement before proceeding any further. I'm sure this is standard practice with all of their customers.

Rented car with NU / Nova rent a car at the Zagreb airport in Croatia. I had some change of travel plans, was not easy to reach customer service, but my reservation was rearranged as I asked for. Got very good price, too. Local provider Nova was very good, excellent car, good service, just a bit slow at the counter sometime. Overall very good experience.

Nick did a terrific job for me. He went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of.
