Car Rental

Very professional yet friendly service, no issues at all. Totally recommend!

Picking up the car was smooth, even despite not having a credit card. The car was fine. And dropping it off was simple and painless, and they gave me a ride home.

Customer service was amazing and I had to leave out of town right away so I was in and out quick. great job!

Terrible experience. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Roy was by far the more inconsiderate and rude person in the customer service industry that I have had the misfortune to deal with in a VERY long time.

Very good Service , Customer service rep Bola was very deligient, gave me a car with snow tires based on weather conditions without asking. Was able to book a car on a short notice, no wait.

I needed to rent a cargo van as my daughter was moving to a new home, Micky looked after us very well, got the cargo van on time, very smooth, Thanks

Car was available for pick up at 7:30am, let me extend another day without switching cars. Customer service was very nice- excellent service All those saying there are hidden fees- no there arnt .. you just have to actually read your agreement they are all there. Also, thrifty is inside another rental place, all you have to do it read the sign

Highly recommend this branch....I have rented a couple of times now, and the service is fantastic!!. A bonus also if you deal with Jennifer...very helpful and professional 👍👍👍

I would really like to recommend this business and it's rare that I give out one star reviews, but unfortunately dealing with this rental car agency has caused more than a few headaches at this point. In November 2024, we had arranged through Carstar to rent with Enterprise Okotoks while our damaged vehicle was being repaired. My husband went to get the rental and had to wait for over an hour due to them not having any cars available except one that needed an oil change. We were told that there would be a vehicle ready, and there were no vehicles ready at the time of pick up. My husband was subsequently late for work due to the mismanagement of time and Enterprise having to do an oil change in order to free up a single vehicle. After our damaged vehicle was unable to be fixed due to a missing part at Carstar, we set up a new repair last week, and was provided with the only rental car left for Okotoks Enterprise, which was a fairly new Mercedes. There was a crack in the windshield t

Greatly appreciate Amanda who assisted me on this location althrough out with process. She is very accomodating and with excellent customer service skills. Will definitely recommend this location to all my friends. Five stars!

I’ve relied on Gary Grewal for frequent business travel for 7 years and am 100% happy with his service. Safe, clean, reliable, friendly service is important especially for airport trips and Gary hits the mark. I also appreciate that, being a smaller company, the service feels more personal.

There was an error on pricing at pick-up which the staff promptly corrected. Staff was courteous and efficient. Returning car was a breeze. Good job guys. Will rent again.
