Love using National as a car rental. Their emerald isle is the best idea ever and all their staff have been very helpful and friendly. Best car rental service I've ever used.

The first thing that you see at the entrance is a large rat trap when you open the door.
Seating for customers in the office are gunky and covered with gum on the sides. The representatives seem disinterested to help me rent a car as they were looking at their phones when talking to me and provided inconsistent information.

This location is run very efficiently and has the lowest wait time of any of the Calgary car rental locations including the competitors. Maybe it is because I am there at similar times each occasion but I usually deal with Sanraj, he always gets through the lineup in a matter of minutes and closes the deal really fast. I don't even check other locations anymore, I just go there because it is so hassle free compared to the rest.

Very helpful staff. Was upfront about all the fees. Got an even better vehicle than we reserved which was very beneficial to our trip to Banff. Would use again.

As a long-term member of the National Car Rental Emerald Club, I have rented numerous vehicles from them over the period of many years. I have always been impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that I receive from the people at this National rental location...thanks again for making my car rentals so easy!

This location is wonderful! Customer service was above and beyond what I have had elsewhere. I feel horrible I can’t remember his name, but this nice man who spoke Spanish dealt with me both during the pick up and drop off of my rental. He picked me up from the Renfrew body shop and dropped me off there as well, all in a very timely manner. He was kind and provided great conversation. Everyone else in the Enterprise building worked with a smile and it made for a pleasant atmosphere. Would 100% recommend this location to anyone needing a rental vehicle.
