Car Rental

The car was good. The person working at Enterprise was pushy and fast. Felt like I was buying a Ford Pinto from a Used Car salesmen. He did not show us anything on the car. How to use the remote start for example. He was more concerned about all the extra insurance charges. Told wife and I that if we get a rock chip in the windshield, it would cost us $700.00 out of our pocket is a perfect example. Gets two stars just for the newness and size of the car. The car didn't do anything wrong here, Enterprise did

rented a van for Saturday and they confirmed The firday before. They called Saturday to cancel.

I've been in several times for rock chip repairs and always receive outstanding customer service. I typically have two young children in tow, they've been served cookies, have coloring available, my oldest was even given a Disney fidget spinner once while we were waiting. Thanks for all the friendly faces and the efforts made to keep us comfortable while we wait!

Great place to rent a car . Friendly staff

Horrible customer service. The lady who checked me in made it seem like I was ruining her day by picking up my rental. When I apologized for the inconvenience she replied "but you're not really sorry, are you?" I don't know how they expect to have return customers after an interaction like that. Their only saving grace is that they are open on Sundays unlike the others in the city. I certainly hope that this was a one-off, but I will not be returning.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they have great customer service and support for new customers. Defintely go back if I need a rental in the future. Thank you

Best place to rent a car from in Red Deer. Always friendly and customer driven. They'll accommodate all your needs. Super!

There is no actual Budget kiosk or cars here. You must call Budget in Downtown Red Deer ahead of time and get them to pick you up. Although there is a key drop box outside the terminal.

Steve was excellent to deal with. I'll likely rent from here again. Tip: it's a satellite office, so book the car ahead of time.

The lady was amazingly helpful with my client keep up the great work
