I had a great experience wth these Armenian fellas. They are so friendly that I thought I knew them before. Very helpful in details. Only they have not too many cars. I dfinately go there again.

Insurance fraudsters!

Unfortunately im not able to choose no stars as 1 star is one too many. Absolutely horrible experience from walking through the door. Spent over an hour trying to get my vehicle that was pre-booked earlier. They spent more time on the phone than speaking to the 2 customers inside.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by this branch. I rented a mini Van for 4 days in a very reasonable price. Amir and his colleagues are very professional and friendly. They made our experience pleasant.

People here are helpful and accommodating. They provide pick up and drop to close by locations and to public transit as well which is convenient.

Avis Budget has the nicest, newest car selection ok n from any bbn of the available agencies. The people are friendly and are there to help you. I highly recommend renting from them whenever you can.

AVOID Hertz like a plague. Incorrect address causing us to be late. Impossible to get a hold of a staff on their phone asking you to press multiple prompts. Counterlady is absolutely dreadful. Don't expect them to honor your quote when you return the car and expect them to rip you off and raise the charges without a reason and then blame you for "not checking" when their manager came to admit it was an error in their Hertz system. Don't expect an apology either.

We have rented car from Enterprise before and have always had a great experience. But this time they definitely deserve 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I had a car accident and my insurance company got me a rental car from Enterprise. The insurance company had assured that I would be able to have the rental until my car was fixed at the shop. My car was still at the work shop but the insurance company decided to clear their accounts with Enterprise after one month, without informing me. Enterprise promptly called me and gave me a heads up on what was happening. Since it was my first accident and I wasn’t aware of the dirty tactics insurances have, Enterprise representative was very cooperative and also guided me through the process. After two months when my car was finally ready for pick up. I went to Enterprise to drop off the car to find out that my insurance still hadn’t cleared their accounts as they had promised. Long story short instead of creating any more problems for me Enterprise representatives were very supportive and helped me in this situation. I truest recommend this Enterprise location to everyone as they have very high customer service standard.

Hit or miss service. Received excellent service from Sal the first time I needed a rental under my insurance. The second time however, service was abysmal. Did not return my call at first. Confused my surname with another customer. Fine. Promised to take care of my rental for next Tuesday at noon. I call Tuesday morning. Nothing was reserved for me, and no one had contacted me as promised to finalize the details of the rental. Instead of letting me go elsewhere, Sal tells me he'll take care of it. He didn't. Ball dropped, twice. Total waste of time. Made alternate arrangements for the next day, after scheduling my day around this car exchange while my car is repaired.

12 seater van rental in Toronto was absolute car rental I ever had in my entire life. They provided me excellent services from the friendliness staff to proper vehicle cleaning. My experience was nothing less than the perfect. I highly recommend it.

Avis was great. Good, helpful and kind staff. Car was clean and in great condition. I'd return here again and again.

Be careful when deal whit them! I drop off the car at the location they told me yesterday, they picked it up in few hours. After a day, they called and expressed that the car still is with me! The car quality was really awful.
