Car Rental

we got a rental van when a neighbor backed into our van and I must say they were very helpful they brought it right to the repair shop we left it at the repair shop when we picked up our van a few days later everything was perfect they were very sweet and considerate what's a very pleasant experience I was prepared for a hassle of instead it was just very easy and convenient

The employees really try to help out.

Best rental experience by far!!! Amazing staff! Taylor was amazing and very helpful! I would recommend anyone to this location! Absolutely amazing thank you for your awesome service!

Tracy Fabulous - thank you! Routes in Edmonton was so great. Absolutely recommend this company to all. Best rental experience and I rent quite often. Routes is a hidden gem, such great service!

Renting from National is difficult if you're an Edmonton resident w/o any flight activity as they've no outlets in the city proper. The ETS "747" bus makes doing so a snap though ($5 from Century Park). As an Emerald member the level of service I experienced was exceptional. EIA staff were courteous, helpful and went the extra mile on a couple of points. Best for me is the "any car in the aisle" feature; I've a bad back and being able to sit in a vehicle before I drive away in it is special. Appreciate the support and thoroughness of the staff. Rental costs are well and accurately documented, as are the options and choices available to me. Check-in / check-out are expertly & courteously handled.

Just go to one of the many other rental places in Leduc. This one isn’t worth the headache.

Very nice support..for new comers to city

Very helpful and fast. Car was exactly what I ordered

We had a good experience with Avis. Service was quick and friendly. Car was ready for us and clean. We had a Ford fusion for our trip to the rockies and it did not give us any trouble. Will definitely recommend others to use Avis for their car rental needs.

They prompt and efficient at the desk. We specifically ordered a Jeep Patriot. We were given the choice of a Nissan Rogue or GM Terrain. Wasnt happy about that. We got to the car and it smelled like puke. Had to borrow the deodorizers from the attendant and took with us. We screwed up flights and needed and extra day. We called twice to change arrangements. Then they charged us a $16 late fee because we didnt give them 24 hours notice. And we paid the extra day!! What was the late fee for? My wife felt the desk fellow was rude and abrupt on the phone, she handed the phone to me. Didnt understand that I should pay a late fee and another day rental even though we rented for another day and only used the car for 4 more hours. Why charge us a late fee? Over charged us almost $240 on final bill and still awaiting credit and STILL had to deal with a pukey smelly car.

Good service , Happy to help

I called to check if I could do a same day oil change. Service advisor Mackenzie was simply awesome to collect parts and complete the oil change. On top she arranged a free car wash for my car. I got the same great service from different staffs for last 4 years. Keep it up SUMMIT

Good customer service

Excellent service. Give them a try, I think you'll feel the same way. Their manager Ashok is a stand up guy.

Very friendly staff. Will definitely be renting from them again at this location
