Great rates and lower than other location but only thing is they have no passenger drop off service so if that's what you need as well.

This is a small car rental company that lives under many names such as Rent 4 less rent a car, Universal rent a car, TRAC rent a car, Go 4 green rent a car, Rapid rent a car They have a bad reputation and they try to get away using many names. Their address is 7 Kelfield Road Etobicoke. They are running a business to scam more money out any way they can. There are a lot of people complaining about insurance scams, damage scams, additional fees, cleaning fees and such. In my case, they charged my CIBC VISA credit card to its limit; $20,000 for a run down old and damage every corner Honda Civic. Avoid using these companies even if they give car for free bacause if you give your credit card to these crooks they will use and abuse it at their will.

Booking online was easy, efficient, cost effective and staff was very helpful as apparently I booked at a different outlet than I thought and when the error was realized once I was at the one I thought, not the one I booked apparently, staff was very accommodating and offered to make the car available at the location I was at. They were efficient and courteous upon the return as well. Will certainly use them again.

I had rented a car for long term from Wiki Car and Truck Rental when I visited to Toronto recently, I quickly price compared in internet and Wiki was lower & I'm a fan of a locally owned business anyway. I got a car which was very new & clean. They picked me up at the airport promptly and were very friendly. I returned just under 15 days later, just as easy. They the dropped me off at the airport. I highly recommend for long term car rental services

Very good service

Had awesome experience with you guys. I ordered for an economy car but unfortunately there were no available so they gave me suv instead without charging me more. Assistance was great. Stephanie was so accomodating. I will for sure come back to rent again soon. Thanks guys!

By and far the worst location. Do not have the car you booked.. and does nothing to help you out. Haven’t seen a worse thrifty. The worst !

Went to pickup the car in the morning, the process was fast, as I did book it online. Dropping the car was fast as well, didn't spend more than 5 minutes. The car was clean, it runs good and extending the rental period was easy to do over the phone.

The uhaul transaction was quick but they did not have the accessories I ordered on the website so I had to visit a second location. I blame uhaul more than this place, but what a hassle

Good experience overall. Person I had to deal with when picking up the car was pretty rude. Didn't seem to care and was slow. Re: like I said the experience was good overall. Had no issues with the vehicle. It ran better than how I expected it to for a 1967 vehicle. It's really well maintained. Took some getting used to but it was great otherwise. My only issue was with the person who handled my rental at the start.
