Car Rental

Got into first vehicle, it would not start, battery dead. Second vehicle drove 50 kilometers, brakes begin to grind. Called rental place, response was:" the previous customer loved it, guess everyone is different". Maybe, just maybe it's an unlucky occurence but it sure left me to wonder about attitude and quality of customer service. Fabio, however was a gentleman.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I was robbed!! I rented a car online and they over charged me, without any explanations, I went there twice to get my money back, and the manager yelled at me and was abusive and now I need to go to the police, I was disrespect!!!!

We only rent from Enterprise because of their outstanding customer service and excellent vehicles. We had not dealt with this location before and they did not disappoint. Great value for the price and a lot of peace of mind as well. November 2015- we were back in Toronto and rented a car from this location again. Customer service remains tops here. As always, great value for the price with a terrific car. November 2016- Haven't posted a review since last year but we have rented from this location a couple of times this year and just did so again this week. The car was just what I asked for, value terrific and the customer service remains outstanding. We continue to be loyal Enterprise customers! May 2018- We're back....haven't posted a review in awhile apparently, but we rent from this location at least twice a year.As always the car was exactly what we asked for, was in very fine condition, the price was reasonable and the customer service as good as ever- which is excellent. We always rent from Enterprise and will continue to do so. November 2018- Back in Toronto and another rental for a week. Customer service continues to be outstanding here. We only rent from Enterprise when we travel and this location always comes through for us. Friendly, efficient service continues.

When my last truck broke down over 2 years ago, I started renting from Discount Yorkdale location. This was only supposed to be a temporary situation until I purchased a new (used) truck. As it turns out, I decided instead of purchasing a truck (and have to deal with maintenance issues), renting would be a better solution. It does cost a bit more than having my own truck, but not having the headaches of dealing with the maintenance makes it worth while (not to mention that the rental trucks are always fairly new). The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Discount Yorkdale .

My experience with budget was excellent, but this time no at this location only 3320 Dufferin. If everything that you need a car, do not go to this location at all. The manager there garbage because he doesn’t know how to respect his customer. Read everything twice because they will to charge you for anything.

We love Avis for car rentals. They go above and beyond every time we go in there.

Quick service, Arif from Enterprise Rent car was reliable and I got the rental car within 5 minutes. Good service and keep it up

Great customer service, very friendly and also very understanding and patient.

Don't expect to be able to talk to a customer representative that can find your order, nor be able to call the service center you rent from. After dropping off car during off hours, needed to call the Avis center because we threw away paperwork that needed to be returned. While the IVR system correctly identified me and even asked if I was calling about the rental I just dropped off, the overseas customer service rep was not able to find the rental order. They tried searching using my name, phone number and credit card number, nothing. I asked to call the Avis center that I rented from directly and they advised me to call the same number without responding to any of the questions. After frustratingly waiting through the repeated ivr questions, it eventually said good-bye and hung up. Attempted this several times. Cannot recommend this company knowing you will never be able to contact anyone about your order over the phone.

Would love if they had a second entrance to the place along O'Connor. Sometimes I'm sitting at the edge of the turn for 5 minutes because of high traffic, construction and pedestrians. Otherwise good!

I don’t see any help at all

How do I rate 0 stars? They apparently send drivers around the city that don't look before changing lanes and almost caused not one but TWO multi-car accident on the QEW this morning !!! If you're employees are going to be driving around the city with you logo, maybe make sure they know how to drive first

They're efficient but not the cheapest

I recently had to take my car into nagu auto to have some work done on my car and the service i received was exceptional. They were really professional and had paperwork for all the repair that was taking place which gave me peace of mind and reassurance. Very accomodating with the request and was able to fix my car with such a quick turnaround. Thank you for the great service and i higly recommend them. Thank you Karthika
