Used to be a great rental location. Now there is a new "Branch Manager" with an attitude. The insurance authorized an standard car for me and she gave me a compact one just because. I did not mind and I was on a hurry so I just take it. This was a replacement rental booked by my insurance, and she refused to set up a ride to the shop and told me that they don't do rides pass the HW401 that's a 10 min walk. It's a shame but she won't help you. PS: according to the website policies the limit is 10 miles.

Very responsible & professional staff; they follow you up with emails during an ongoing rental -even of a day.

Simply the best experience I have ever had with car rentals. I spoke with Waqas and his ability to understand my situation, offer me the car that suited my needs and willingness to be as helpful as possible really made all the difference. I've rented here 4 times already and the service and the cars are always top notch! Strongly recommend this location. Will definitely continue to come here when the need arises.

Worse customer service, every body is boss there, giving car without agreement. All the car smells like weed. Most of car has bearing problem. Very cheap service

I’m a regular here and I find the staff to always be courteous and helpful. The location is a bit tricky but it’s not exactly rocket science to figure out. This place is much better than all these negative reviews indicate.
