Those guys never stop surprising me. The team at DTW are always smiling and today at my drop off they had a BBQ for customers! Fully recommended.. few weeks back they knew it was my birthday and upgraded me out of charge!

Make sure you have a CREDIT card. They will take your money to hold your rental, but when you come to pick up will not let you take it with a debit card... cost us several hours of our day.
