I just wanted to write to compliment Ali and his staff for an excellent job on our tile removal yesterday. It was fast and nearly dust free… They also did a great job with the clean up and the shifting around of the front desk. We were able to install the carpet tile immediately last night. When we look for a company to do our tile/terrazzo/or skim coat installation months from now, AK will be at the top of our list.

The new granite countertops in my kitchen look amazing. Big thank you to Shannon and Lauren for helping me every step of the way. One of the best experiences I had working with a contractor.

Greenhome had the best price in town on cork flooring for our new condo. They were very efficient and helpful, and very knowledgeable about their products. It was also lovely to work with a company where the employees had so much enthusiasm about their business and products. We will absolutely look here in the future for sustainable renovation needs!

Top notch customer service. I appreciated that both reps were equally informative and helpful on our visit. They take time to answer questions, give suggestions and generally felt very knowledgeable to me.

Everyone in the shop made the decision making painless, working within our budget and getting everything lined out so we felt comfortable moving forward. The time spent on the template paid off as everything fit perfectly. And Michael and the guys did an awesome job on the install, they were helpful, respectful, and no messes left behind. Really tough to make an order. We have put our order in multiple times and they keep saying they don't have it. They also won't talk to you unless you're a contractor... so we can't help our contractor out by tracking down the order since they won't even deal with us. We've had to pay our contractor several extra hours of work just to track down orders. It's been such a huge headache. I'd absolutely avoid these guys if at all possible. We regret ordering through them and will not be ordering again once we finish this project.

We love this showroom and have sent many clients in to choose slabs and tile for their remodel projects. We recently ordered counter tops for our own home and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone on the sales staff is courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I contacted Victoria Tile & Granite to do the tile in my kitchen. I had a 3 bids and he came in a little lower and seemed decent. Everything was going good at the start other than small things like them parking on my grass (I was seeding it so all the grass was not rooted well), using my garden hose and leaving the water on causing puddles and spilling white powder stuff all over my driveway but the guys were nice and were doing a good job. He asked for more money three times at the end of the job! 1. He wanted to use a cheaper grout. The kind I wanted was harder to put in so he wanted another $300.00. ok not a big deal only $300 2. He decided he wanted another $150 for putting the grout in. (The job is completed never mentioned more money possibilities while working) 3. I told him I would provide the tile from the beginning. He knew what kind and even saw what I had during the estimate. Again after being done he wanted another $400.00 because I didn't provide the hardi backer? That was never agreed upon??? Why would I get the hardi backer? At the end of the job he was asking for another $950!making him go from average price to the most expensive. I tried to explain that we never agreed to these prices and all these combined made him more expensive than any of the other estimates. If I knew this from the beginning I would not of used him. He would not agree to not charge for the unagreed upon amount. Luckily I am familiar with Washington state laws and know that he can't charge me more than $100 or 10% of the written or verbal agreement unless if it is agreed upon by customer and contractor. So I did the extra 10% and am letting all the review sites know my experience.
