These guys are great! Prices are a bit higher than the box stores, obviously, but you get way better selection and generally higher quality. All the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, but Shaun was particularly helpful in designing our bathroom with us. Highly recommended!

My tub is 20 years old; the finish has worn off, it always looks dirty and is hard to clean. I sent pictures & full description; was quoted $400 to re-glaze and I booked. He called when he should have been at my place. His car broke down; he had to get it fixed before his vacation. I was understanding and re-booked. Eugene (no last name, no business card) complained about the distance he came; about the smell of the re-glazing product; that the job was small and that my tub didn't need re-glazing. He manipulated me out of the entire $400.00 but only cleaned the tub & tiles; I fully believe that as it was a hot day, he didn't want to do the work. I am $400 poorer and the tub is the same as it was; he had to know it would be. He didn't bring his own supplies and used all my paper towel. When I complained by email, he tried to justify what he couldn't by saying he charges the same to clean the bath & tiles. I can have my entire home deep cleaned for $220. Don't trust this guy.

The staff at Factory Tile Depot are extremely knowledge and experienced in design and installation. They take the time to work with you on your design and installation procedures. I recommend Factory Tile Depot to everyone I know who is doing a renovation.

Nice product but bad customer service at Centura. The first time we visited we couldn't get any assistance, but we went back because we liked the tiles and couldn't find them elsewhere. I ordered a plain tile and an accent for use in a shower; I paid over the phone and went in to pick them up. First, there was a line of customers waiting to get into the loading dock, but an employee had parked in the dock so they could go visit their friends on the order desk. There was literally a line of people waiting to pick up. The order was brought up, and the plain tile boxes looked like they had been through a war: they were beaten up, filthy, and had weird stains on them. One of the boxes was full of broken tile: luckily they figured that out before they went into my vehicle. The accent tile was unboxed because I didn't need many of them. They tried to give them to me, and they were chipped and scratched: they looked like they had been in the corner of the warehouse collecting dust for years. The employee seemed extremely put out when I wouldn't accept them. There was no way I was going to pay $26 a square foot for damaged tile. Had to go back for replacements a few days later. It just seems like a disorganized place, and I will be buying my tile elsewhere in future. Too bad, because the selection is nice and they have some cool products. Just not worth putting up with the hassle and the attitude. Sorry, but if I'm paying for it, I'm not taking damaged product. And the P.S. to this story: I had bought an extra box of tile to be on the safe side. Customer service had told me I could return them if not needed. I did return them, but found that there was a previously undisclosed 20% restocking fee. So buyer beware!
