Countertop and Tiles

I was able to find the perfect backsplash for my kitchen very easily and very cost effectively! Mario's Tile has a huge selection of backsplash so I knew when I walked in I would be able to find something I liked. I'm not that great with colour so I brought in a sample of my countertop and cabinets and the friendly staff was able to supply me with multiple options. They have found a customer for life!!!!

We have purchased flooring through Sarana Tile three times within the last two years (both tile and hardwood). We have been very pleased with the prices, quality of product and service. Brian has been our salesperson - great to work with and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend both Sarana and Brian to my friends and family.

Bought tiles for shower walls from Home Depot but could not get any useful information on what type of mortar, grout, trowel to use so went to Euro tile where I got expert info and quality products. Ended up buying the shower floor tiles at Euro and was shocked to find for nicer tiles than any I had seen at Home Depot I paid 1/2 the price! Also, I had just recently installed laminate flooring purchased at Loews. I was disappointed to see Euro tile had way way nicer laminate than the best I could find at Home Depot or Loew's at just slightly higher price. Dang it!

We worked with Mark on designing the cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms in our new build. Mark made the process so easy. I showed him some photos of my tastes, and he did most of the selections. We had a follow up where we modified a few things here and there based on my use of the space. Not only did he do an amazing job with our cabinets, he also recommended select appliances for our home as well. Now having lived in our home for several months, the quality of the Koch cabinets are superb, as they look comparable to custom high end. If I could go back and do it all again, I wouldnt change anything. If you're looking for your dream kitchen or bath, go see Mark, he will not disappoint!

An amazing selection, whether on the floor or available to order. Also Andy and his colleague were super helpful and gave really nice advice. Ended up with the perfect wall, floor and border/trim tile sizes and colours to make our bathroom reno a great success. Especially the floor tiles are of top quality and were at a great price. Overall the prices are comparable to the big box stores and other tile places. But here you get knowledge and experience. Was a pleasure exploring and will go back for our next project.

Would not recommend. Expensive. They are contracted through Costco, Lowes and possibly other places.I had to cancel my contract. I called to cancel before the measurement/templating appointment and they charged me $150 as "measurement appointment cancellation fee". Had to make three trips to Costco ware house to get the remainder of my money returned back to my credit card

Very helpful staff a specially Gail. Tail master in Barrie put me in a big pickle. I had contractors in my house already and on four different occasions they omit to tell us that the tiles we need are not what they keep in stock. I visited Tile Bar and Gail set me up the same day with everything that I needed for a great prices and she FedEx some items so I had it the next day. What a service. They go above and beyond! My contractors and I greatly appreciate your help! Thanks Gail.

Terrible service, rude employees and rushed installation. We'd been scheduled 3 weeks for installation between 2-6pm - the installer called us at 11 and said he's on his way, my wife told him we were both at work but we'd be home within the original scheduled timeframe - he replied ok it'll have to be after 3 then. We took time off work and waited all day just to receive a call around 5:20 that he wasn't coming due to personal obligations and that he'd like to reschedule. After explaining the situation he unhappily agreed to come that night and showed up around 5:55 (Which is still within our original scheduled timeframe). The guy comes in the house with a terrible attitude and quickly slaps down our island countertop - no measuring, no leveling, no double checking - he didn't even bring up the payment balance or paperwork for me to sign off on! I requested that he measure the overhang as it clearly wasn't even on all sides - he quickly ball-parked a measurement and said "You're good" as he was walking out the door leaving the moveable island directly in front of our refrigerator (You're not supposed to touch the countertop until it sets so you'd think he'd put it back in place). My wife came downstairs took 1 look at the countertop and said what the heck? I called him on his cell and requested he come back and fix the sloppy rushed job or I'd be calling his boss in the morning - he got mad swore at me and replied "Go ahead call my f'n boss - that's how you do it!". We called a family friend out that night to fix the issue before the countertop set crooked and uneven. I called the next morning to speak to the owner - I was told he wasn't available so I explained the situation to a manager there who said she'd pass it along to the owner. It's been almost a week now, we still haven't heard from the owner after calling twice and just received a bill in the mail for the remaining balance with a note threatening to remove the countertop if the balance wasn't paid in full as per the owner. It seems this sort of terrible service and behavior trickles down from the top at CFM stone - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Buffalo marble and granite did an amazing job. Kathryn, the associate I worked with, was terrific and answered many questions. Even though we were only getting a small bathroom vanity top done we were treated as if we were redoing our entire kitchen. Excellent customer service.

It was my first time at tilemaster, I was purchasing tiles for my kitchen. The staff was very friendly and they had a large selection. I appropriate Tims excellent knowledge he was very helpfilul and helped make my decision easier. Thank you for the great service! I will return and recommend.
