Countertop and Tiles

They aren't terrible to deal with until you have a problem. One must have the patience of a saint, to get your floor fixed. It is infrequent to deal with such incompetence. The people in the store pass it off to the installer who doesn't give a rat's ass. If you stay on them day in and day out you should see some satisfaction in ten to 14 days. It is mind numbing dealing with them. They are all to gracious to take your money....but when there is a problem....good luck. Like every other company out there.

What a great “go to” destination for all things decorative, remodelling, advice and general help! We got our new Cambria quartz through GDC, two sets of small stairs recarpeted through GDC, and no doubt future projects! I highly recommend GDC to anyone who has any sort of home Reno or project, they are pros-helpful, friendly and hands on! Love them 💕😍😊

We would highly recommend North American Stone. From the minute we first walked into the showroom until the work was finished everything was great. Ali, our salesperson, is very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient in explaining things, answering questions, flexible in coordinating the job and always just a phone call away. The craftsmanship of our quartz countertops is perfect. The installers did a wonderful job with counters, connecting cooktop, new sink and dishwasher. Ali coordinated getting some additional plumbing work done with Gatti plumbing. The job was done on schedule and in the time frame we were told to expect.

Absolutely amazing. Best customer service experience I've had in a while. It's nice to shop on the weekend and have staff that know where to find everything you ask for (in other words, no teenagers that give you the, "Um, try that isle maybe?"). The staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely shop here again. Keep up the good work guys!!

I have never felt so rushed in my life. Ordered Tile from Julie for one bath, and took home samples for master bath. Came back hoping to speak with Julie again, she was helping another customer. Got another women don't know her name, because she never introduced herself. She rushed me, acted like I was taking to long to make a decision on grout and told me that the grout color really didn't matter. ??? really??? I told her I disagreed. I was planning on trying to pick out tiles for our master bath, but this women didn't want to give me the time of day. Decided to try the place in Henrietta....Wow.....incredible experience....dropped 4000.00 (with an unexpected 20%) You lose best tile.....I will never be back. Got an unexpected call from the manager. it was so refreshing that he took the time to call me, genuinely concerned about my experience. thank you Ralph for reaching out to me. Next time I'll come right to you!!

We are very pleased with our remodel and the help Mike at McKenna's gave us. He helped up pick out the right moldings and countertop to make our kitchen look perfect. Solid Surface put in beautiful quartz counter top and we could not be more pleased. We would highly recommend using this company.
