Customer service people is not approachable.. unhappy..unfriendly..i dont want to be around in this place if the card is not from them...

Had a job interview for 10:00 so I went to use the computer printing service. it was 9:25-9:30 and the Computer wasn't turned on. Waited 5-10 minutes for it to start/pull up my files. Go to print and the printer isn't working. So she tells me wait its not working and she will help in a minute. Meanwhile she is on the phone and dealing with a customer. I try to select a different main printer I can clearly see beside me and it also was turned off so I had no choice but to wait. (9:45) I have not had this experience at other ups stores. Either they are understaffed (1 person) or under trained to turn on all your equipment in the morning. This process normally takes 5 minutes at other stores. This was very inconvenient and caused me to miss a job opportunity. So there is my review.

Danny is a miserable dick.. and I'm pretty sure Brian is Danny's lover.. when Danny's not there yelling and screaming, Brian is spying on you and phoning Danny telling him you didn't wash a trailer good enough or something stupid like that.. worked here for about two weeks, had to leave for my own sanity.. go elsewhere!! Don't fall for Danny's phoney nice guy act. He's by far the worst guy I have ever worked for/ with.

I have to say these guy know Van to Calgary , Always over night. Have to say in the few years we have been shipping with Sling Shot. I have no problems, Even when dealing with a claim, They dealt with it in a professional manner. Thanks, And keep up the good work!

So this 5ton flat deck drove me off the yellow head highway going 100km .. apparently there was some one merging into the driver of this trucks lane so he felt it was safe to drive into my lane forcing myself and 2 young children into the median ... this guy with long white hair driving the 5 ton has no compassion to stop and see that we were ok .. after getting back up onto the highway after a witness stopped to make sure we were ok we caught up to the guy and confronted him and asked him why he didn't stop too see we were all ok .. he admittedly said he had no choice because of the car that forced him into my lane .. after 2 days of trying to contact the company the "boss" said he already talked to the guy and said that he didn't run me off the highway.... these people have no compassion or social skills and he had no interest in resolving this issue .. nothing will be done about it and I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with these ignorant ass holes !!!!! Needless to say I will be filing a formal complaint and bringing this to the attention of the media

I just wanted to highlight some of the best customer service I've ever received! I have used many shipping companies and have had all kinds of experiences, some good some bad, but when I dealt with Ed Sunley at the Calgary Branch, I was amazed at the service. He went out of his way for a package I wanted to hold for pick-up at the depot instead of delivered to site. He was incredibly amicable and promptly got back to me when it arrived and ensured that it got safely into my GC's hands the next morning. People like this are a rare find in any industry!
