If i could give them a minus star i would. Greyhound is has the most B***S*** customer service i have ever experienced of my entire life. They keep sending you in the wrong direction to avoid dealing with the fact that they are abseloutely enable to track luggage. Train travel is not much more expensive and you wouldnt have to deal with greyhound. They dont have any pride in their own company.

I just called to inquire about a shed delivery from costco. The fella answering the phone has poor english, and is curt when asked to repeat things (the name has changed...lawsuit?). Today was the deadline for delivery, and still nothing. COSTCO NEEDS TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT!!!

Thanks for putting the heavy parcel on my flowers!!!! Ruined the flowers and luckily it didn't get stolen! Disappointed!

Bought a ticket online for the 1 am bus and waited for almost 2 hours outside in January minus 20 degree weather , as it’s closed at night. The gps that tracks the bus was not on, so I gave up and had to call a cab to take me to Fort Mcmurray (almost 500km away) When I got to Grassland the Bus had the gps turned on, and was on the way, so I waited for it in Grassland to go the rest of the way. The positive - The driver was safe, even though the roads were bad

These guys can't read posted speed limit, drive like their truck is a Porsche, change lanes without signal, tailgate, give the finger; and drive like they don't care or don't know their name is on the side of their truck. Called Police on them.

Horrible customer service! i was just there to pick up my order and i felt like i was interrogated, The guy was so rude. Canadapost is way much better than them..i dont know why my online order was shipped via loomis this time.

DHL was not very good before. But there have been improvements with on-point delivery and services. I probably just had good luck with last delivery but I give them 3 stars, still some ways to go.

Utterly irresponsible, unreliable, useless. The first excuse was that my address was incorrect. Funny, how Fedex, UPS and Purolator all use the exact address and have no trouble at all. This was on Friday. I called customer service and did not hear back, but I received an email saying it was on the truck for delivery Monday. Monday afternoon, another email arrives saying not deliverable as there was no one home. Well at the specific time, in fact, all day, two people and 2 dogs were home; there was no delivery. Period. My husband was outside on the driveway washing vehicles. After calling customer service , again, they still haven't responded. I advised the shipper to recall their package as I'm not paying for a delivery which I could have walked and picked up from the next city instead of waiting 5 days.
