Update on the package. 2 weeks later and nothing has changed. I keep calling customer service and they keep telling me I'll get a callback next day but I never do. It's been the same thing 3 times already... My package was sent to the US but there was a custom delay that needed a letter from the receiver, then the package went to the US without the letter after the package was being returned back to the shipper, and then there was another customs delay to bring the package back to Canada? So the package hasn't moved anywhere for 6 days........ This was supposed to be delivered a week ago and customer service just keeps yelling at me for asking what is going on with my package... Never using FedEx ever again....

Despite the fact that my package got caught up in some Italian bureacratic nonsense, I can't say enough about the service I got from Matt at this location. He tried everything he could think to convince Italian Customs that their VAT of 165% was outrageous - and although he was not successful, the time and effort he spent going to bat on my behalf was almost worth the exorbitant customs fee I ended up having to pay! Best service I have seen in years...

Shopkeepers told me they couldn't help with FedEx shipping label until I pointed up at their sign displaying the FedEx Shipping Centre. They found me a plastic label, I inserted my tracking info, sealed it, and then they took my box. I asked if it would get picked up today which they said yes. No update on the FedEx website for the package. Hopefully they didn't forget.

They made me really happy by providing several services at one place, great people :)

I love how Sea Island prioritizes me! The owners are friendly and have my companies best interest. They have always been able to accommodate last minute orders, even the long distance ones to the Okanagan. They made my delivery feel as important to them , as it was to me.
