Alice has been creating beautiful Christmas calendars for my family for many years. Thank you for completing them so quickly, I really appreciate it. The whole team at this UPS Kerrisdale location does a great job, and this is the only location I go to for various office printing and tasks.

As others have mentioned, they completely fly against the common feeling of dread one gets when they realize they have to go to the Post Office. The owners are super friendly and we would always do our best to get our packages sent here for pickup. My only regret is that I cannot bring them to Alberta when we move.

By far the worst courier of them all: 1. Drivers refuse to call, wether it is company policy or driver choice, this is a practice nobody has done since 2001 2. Drivers just don’t care. The security in my building asked if they wanted to use the desk phone, the driver told her no and went on his way. 3. The BIGGEST problem.. why are you sending my package to the YVR location. I live in Mount Pleasant, there is 3 Purolator locations surrounding me, and you want me to drive all the way into Richmond in the middle of the day?! The day you shutdown will be a great day for many. I just wish Amazon would not use you.

Much more reliable than other shipping options. Worth the price over Canada Post and others if you are looking for speed and safety.

So they attempted to deliver once. I updated my info as my buzzer is not in the building directory and gave them options as to where to deliver. I then got a notice that I had until yesterday to pick it up far from home at a place that only works until 6. Upon calling, the people on the phone refused to take any responsibility for their incompetence, and that I had to take it up with the sender. Excellent service! Got call - parcels arrived in great shape and right when they said they would arrive. And we are a ferry ride away!

The UPS Store #257 located at Blundell Centre has very friendly staff and convenient services. Their mailbox services are pretty good and quite admirable. The only small problem I have is there is no signs for every single service they offer with a price along that sign. Other than that everything is good.

Customs, Border Service, whoever manages these departments should be fired, I don't even want to give it one star, I have no idea how packages can be held up for months there, Canada sucks for this kind of thing, they continually screw up and offer no solutions

consistently late to pick up deliveries. driver only shows up when he has a delivery to drop off, still misses the pickup unless I chase him down and give it to him.

No idea why so many negative reviews, but DHL has been very fast for me. TWO days from Hongkong to Vancouver. I can pay the duty on their website in advance so their driver can drop off the package without leaving a sticker. Further, I can manage the package by waybill to leave instruction to the delivery driver. This is such a nice feature if novody at home. UPS or FedEx do not seem to support that well.

I'm extremely impressed with TNT. I was not home when they delivered my parcel. Not only did they leave a notice, but they called my cell phone that evening to see when a good time to re-deliver would be and they let me change the delivery address to a more convenient location (Best that UPS or Fedex!) My package showed up at the new address the next day.
