The people are really helpful. It's a big time saver to get the forms online and bring them printed. Before warned, don't go at 8:30 on a Monday, wait until 9:30 and the place is empty.

A lot of people seem to be giving this specific location a low rating because the delivery person didn't ring the door bell. That's not entirely fair as that would be an issue with the driver, not the staff at this location.
The staff here are very kind. They're very patient and will assist you filling out paperwork and creating a shipping label on their computer. If you don't have a tape gun they will lend you theirs. If you receive several or a heavy package they have a loaner hand truck and dolly. They will remotely open the front door if they notice you struggling. They say hi when you come in and bye when you leave. The staff here are literally the nicest. My rating reflects that.

Horrible company. They left my package in front of my apartment door. And someone stole it. Contacted customer service and they told me that it's their policy to do that. Second time that happened. You can't just leave packages in unsafe areas where everybody can grab it.

I do not recommend this courier service, they came to my business to drop off package and it was COD, we had to call upstairs to get payment brought down and the driver says I can’t wait, I will be back Monday........terrible customer service,

If I could give this company negative stars, I would give them -5.
Absolutely terrible service. I've had nothing but trouble with this company since Amazon started shipping with them.
Most recently, for the last five days in a row, I've had attempted deliveries between 8:30 - 9 in the morning. I work into the early hours of the morning and sleep late as a result. I phoned T-Force to have the delivery time changed the afternoon, and the next morning my buzzer is ringing at 8:30 in the morning. Upon phoning them again, they confirmed that there was a note on my file, but there was obviously no communication between the call centre and the drivers.
The phone number listed for their local warehouse is invalid, so I have no idea how to get in touch with someone local without showing up at the depot in person.
I've left a scathing review of this courier with Amazon as well in the hopes that they will reconsider their use of this courier service.
I would feel better if they just left my package outside my apartment building and let me sleep.

I called the 1-800 number today to make an inquiry and they answered instantly and were very very helpful. Also, deliveries have always been prompt.
The UPS Store

I have used UPS at Westside Village in Victoria several times over the last few years, and find the service to be excellent. The same service rep, Imaran Jaffas, is always there when I need assistance. Just today, I had to ship five packages/suitcases (about 175 pounds in total) to a friend. I was surprised how reasonable the price was! I will continue to patronize this location because of the service and valu for money.
UPS Customer Centre

Nothing good to say. At all.
Parcel in limbo. No updates. Contradictory responses and instructions and claims by customer service (who provide nothing by frustration, obfuscation, and read rationalizations and vague non-specific excuses from a book that don't actually address the question or help).
Was notified at Wed 6am it would be delivered Wed by end of day. Took day off because parcel needed by weekend. 9am, notification arrives that they didn't put it on the plane from Van to Victoria. No updates since. Customer service won't go beyond telling me they have no way to contact locations or to check status, and even going so far as to tell me they don't even have phone numbers for local depots. Told yesterday to call last night and it would be delivered today. Waited till this AM, and still no info, no actual support.
I've booked a 2nd day off (this parcel is that important), based on yesterdays conversation. I cannot book Friday off (can't afford to), which means my parcel that's 'impossible to hold at the depot til a delivery attempt is made' (or contradicting themselves, that I can do it online - though the local depot isn't listed as a place to have it held for pickup - and to use the 3rd party locations, a $6+undefined transportation costs, and a 24-48 hour delay makes this impossible (They refused to 'transportation costs' and how they are calculated, what they're based on, or even a range it might be within - but I have to give my cc info and except fees nobody else charges without knowing what those fees are).
Oh yeah, of course they are only open business hours, which makes it impossible for me to pick up at their depot without taking more time off work, since they're closed on weekends.
As a formal retail manager who had to use UPS years ago, they were frustrating then, showing up before or after business hours (it's a mall!), leaving parcels outside of locked/closed gates (without permission to do so), and consistently rude drivers who went so far as to yell at us to hurry up, hit crushed and damaged boxes carefully within the rest of the shipment, etc, I have don't my best to avoid dealing with this customer-abusive company.
As an individual who works M-F business hours, they are even more of an exercise in frustration and inconvenience.
They were the only choice for shipping from the company I had no choice but to deal with, else I'd have gone with Canada Post/national post offices as I've done for 15+ years happily and with better service, more consistent delivery times, and much much more friendly and helpful staff from the actually delivery person to the local branches to 'customer service folk'. While not perfect, they look like 10 stars compared to UPS who I'd rate -5 stars, if possible.

A joke. People there for 15 years at $14 an hour no raises, and new hirees get hired at 18+ or more an hour. No favouritism there .
