Eyewear & Opticians

Korean owned. Very good service, faster than most of others.

Paul is always extremely helpful. Been going here for 3 years.

89 for Reg lens only....no frame at Broadway station optical, it's $39 here. 59$ for safety and $59 for poly carbonate lens (am a carpenter)....don't even have the guts to ask what these special lens would costs at a regular store..... it's sorta "hole in the wall" setting....kinda ghetto ish but this is my 5th or 6th visit over the years....

Good customer service, they have lots of amazing choices of eyeglasses as well as sunglasses. Love my eyeglass.

These guys are just incredible, the best of the best when it comes to glasses in Vancouver. I've been a customer for years and they have always provided amazing and friendly service no matter the request.

Came in for an adjustment of frames I bought there before, and found the staff completely unhelpful and not knowledgable. Old staff that I bought the frames from were fantastic, really disappointing this place went so down hill under the new owners.

Galileo Optical is a fabulous place for frames! Their selection is very good as is their friendly service! We have been buying our glasses and sunglasses there for years!!

Great Service

Don't bother trying to contact them by email or phone. They routinely ignore messages.

Excellent products and caring service.

Went in for a quick glasses adjustment and got fast and courteous service. Recommend highly!

Awesome and knowledgeable people at this store. Very helpful on the phone and in person. I will visit again soon. Thx!

This is the second time I've got my glasses at Tru-Vu. Elaine is helpful, professional and caring - she made it easy for me to to decide which options would work best for me as she clearly, and without bias, explained reasons for and against choices I could make. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased several pairs of prescription glasses from this establishment. The past pair that I bought, I paid about $1000 for multifocal lenses. They had to be replaced 3 times because the coating became streaky to the point that it blurred my vision especially when night driving. The last set of lenses I got I was upsold to a more expensive lense so that this wouldn't happen again...well it did. I just left from there and was told that the warranty was up so there was nothing they could do. Their warranty is one year, which was May 2017. That was when the original lenses were purchased with the frames. It has been less than a year since I received the last set. Long story short, don't buy glasses here.
