Eyewear & Opticians

Great place, Great customer service.

My fiance and I both bought our glasses here and were amazed at the service, quality of frames & lenses and just downright good prices. We will not shop anywhere else for glasses and also we will recommend this place to all of our friends.

To give an honest review, this family-run business gives the best service in terms of finding a nice pair of glasses. The owners are welcoming and friendly, they have a wide variety of frames (if not, they can order frames for you), and are overall a very honest and friendly business. Because of this, it's no surprise why they beat other eyeglass services in the area for me. I've been going to this business for years now and will continue to go here for my future pair of glasses.

The lady that runs this place is not helpful at all. They try to convince you to buy things you do not need. Would not recommend.

Dr. Leonard is amenable and knowledgeable, I actually look forward to the yearly appointments with him!

Would give more stars! I was visiting D.C., and my glasses were broken, I went there, the person in charge fixed them, without charging me anything, really kind!

My Family was in your store on Saturday thank you for the great service the 3 for 1 offer made it very affordable.

Almost every time i go they are closed despite being well within open hours, Terrible clinic.

I'm impressed. I've seen my share of Walmarts across BC and AB, but this one stands out as being managed really well, good prices, good products! Only a better choice of maple syrup was missing.

Very friendly staff and quite helpful. They got me in for an exam right away and really appreciated that.

The price's and service can't be beat. I have shopped around, and no other place gave me such a great price 😁

Great selection of frames, especially for people with a flatter nose bridge (i.e. Asian faces). It has been 3 years since my last visit, and the owner of this mom-and-pop shop still remembers my name. Wow. Service is excellent, and they even do direct billing to insurance company now. I was able to get a set of lenses with blue-light filter and a set of Polaroid sunglass lenses for much cheaper than the quote from Guildford Lenscrafters, *and* this guy also did the lens replacements within an hour. Do check them out if you are looking for a new pair of glasses.

Love that this superstore stocks such a wide range of gluten-free, but really I came here to rave about the awesome Optical team at the Loblaws Opticians here. I just got my first new pair of glasses in a decade, and I was blown away by the outstanding customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to help me, and thankyou especially to Patrick who let me hang around as I waited for my pupils to return to normal size. All my expectations were exceeded!
