The Centre Street store is well-designed for "frame browsing". Staff was pleasant, friendly, and knew how to narrow down frame selection to what would, in my words, "grace my face". Oh, and I got a full, detailed explanation of the "qualities"--the technical differences--of the available lenses.

Comically unprofessional staff and prolonged wait times makes this a no go for your eye wear. The employees here are quite rude, and they can insult customers to their faces or behind their backs. Furthermore, the prices are all over the places, and you are likely to be up sold on something that should cost much less. The staff are also clueless about basic things, such as setting up future appointments (they still use an agenda book that they sometimes "forget") and prescriptions.

Great, knowledgable staff. I was in and out quickly and had all my questions answered. I was very happy with my experience here.

I got a nice service from them. I checked my eyes, it was a nice doctor. Doctor explained in detail. Thanks. Doctor's fee is 65 dollars. Just lens was 120 dollars. I didn't buy a frame because I was having a good one with me. I would suggest to anyone if someone needs to check their eyes

after customer care is great and is why i come here. i think this place has been through a bit of a rollercoaster considering they had alot of staff changes but they always treated me well. i come here because after i buy from them they always fix and help out with my frames as best they can., as well as they have some pretty nice designers :D. thanks nazia &ethan!
