Very poor customer service received. They ordered glasses that I didn't request. I didn't request an order at all. The customer service provider placed the order on my credit card without my permission. No apologies were received by the property party.

I took my 85 year old mum in. Franklin rushed to the door to help because she uses a walker. The service improved continually as our visit progressed. Mum only needed to get a broken frame replaced and Filomina (please excuse spelling) teamed up perfectly with Franklin to go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. We booked an appointment for an eye exam right on the spot. Great job. Thanks.
