I went by today... May 16th, 2018 and Focus Eyewear is closed and is now "3 for 1 Optical" I parked, walked up to the door only to find a Be Right Back sign lol. This was about 1pm on a Wednesday lol...

Great professional staff

Went there for the first time over the weekend. The doctor was very nice and Denise was great! She took the time to help me pick out glasses frames and was honest with me when a pair didn't look right. She also helped me to figure out the best way for me to bill my glasses and my contacts so that the price didn't kill me for getting both.

Great customer service as I have purchased quite a few sunglasses from them; however, I can't say the same for a pair of Dior sunglasses I bought from them. I have several pairs of sunglasses and alternate - keeping them in a case when I am not wearing them. The Dior's were the last pair purchased. I recently noticed that the finish on top of the plastic frame was falling apart - this has not happened to any other pair I have purchased there or anywhere else - Prada, Versace, D & G, etc. Solstice said Dior's defective warranty is only good for one year! Lesson learned - stay away from Dior products.

I got my new prescription glasses from Apps Optical yesterday and I am quite pleased. Neary Chhun the optician and new owner helped me choose the appropriate eye wear that suits me perfectly. I find Neary knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. I have dealt with Apps Optical for over 25 years and I hasten to add they provide excellent service ensuring the prescription glasses fit me comfortably. I have no hesitation in recommending Neary and Apps Optical to my colleagues, relatives and friends. Great job Neary and thank you!

They told me my insurance only paid 70$ towards frames and when i checked the insurance website after ordering glasses i saw that my insurance will pay up to 240$ for frames.the guy had to ring up my order twice and too a refund because he didn't apply my insurance for the lenses
