Great experience as usual! Been buying sunglasses here for 10+ years at least one pair a year. Service from Tanisha and another woman was top notch. They were very knowledgable about the brands they carry and their warrantys. They were patient and willing to excuse my poor grammar. The glasses are quality and wouldnt expect less. Will continue to purchase sunglasses and support sunglass hut. Thank you Tanisha and unnamed woman.

The staff was very pleasant and profession. However when I expressed my feeling on the final script being wrong. Dr. Tock, said to try it anyway. The glasses were ready in about an hour. I wore them for 24 hours, suffered though a migraine, and took them back the next day! My eyes would NEVER adjust to that script! Luckily, a different doctor was in. Dr. Hetrick, who listened to my concerns, reexamined me, and changed the script. However, they couldn't make the new lenses in house and it had to be sent out. Now a week later, I have my new lenses, and my eyes are adjusted to them. Thanks to Dr. Herrick I see clearly! (Ask for her if you go here.)

I was really pleased with the selection and the display at the store. Customer service was excellent. Min was helping me with all my question and he was really patient. Would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

A few key members of the staff were very helpful. I came to the vision centre with someone else to help them get glasses and the staff showed understanding and patience, making the difficult process of choosing glasses much more pleasant.

Courteous and quick service, and all the up to date frames. I'm usually stressed out when it comes to an eye exam. The Dr. Made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. I was very happy with the services I received.

I broke my glasses and needed an exam and new glasses on a Saturday. Thw Walden sire git me right in and i had a new pair within a few hours for a decent price.

Difficult customer service rep Steve in optical. He was argumentative and did not make any attempt to solve the problem. A contact fitting done 6 months ago was too long ago to fill a prescription??? I don’t think so. He seemed irritated that we did not return his two phone calls. I didn’t call him back because we didn’t need contacts yet. There were no directions that a follow up appointment was necessary. His solution is that he’s not sure but he thinks we need to start from scratch. I questioned this and he made no attempt to ask the doctor or someone who would know. He was very unhelpful and wanted to argue instead of help me solve the situation. Niagara Falls Sam’s optical has been fantastic but this guy was terrible enough that I won’t back.
