I've been a customer here for over 15 years and have always been more than happy with the friendly, helpful service. I can always count on them to help no matter what I need. When my son was little he would lose or break his glasses on a regular basis. Council Opticians in Hamburg was able to replace the glasses under warranty, and provide a second pair at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. They have a great selection of beautiful frames too.

I find this store very well organized. Clean bright and well staffed. The cash out lines do get long but staff are quick and still friendly.

They have the same selection as found online. It's a decent size and it also has a small sale selection in the kid's section

Went in just too look around and ended up leaving with a pair of rayban sunglasses thanks to the Manager Samantha for the great customer service and advice. A very clean store.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff are rude, there is poop smears on the bathroom walls, and if you make an appointment be prepared to wait at least an hour after your set appointment time.

The best optician and staff I've meet. Blown away at how little I was charged for such a indepth examination and genuinely kind staff. Wish all medical professionals could emulate this team!

Fast durable glasses I will be back plus I got a free pair with my insurance!

I had the worse treatment from staff...I cant remember her name but she treated me and my kids sooo bad. I had 2 of my kids exams done, which was great, no problem there but than, I was trying to get a replacement for my youngest, but the lady was so rude, when she called the insurance (blue choice option) she comes back and tells me I cant get a replacement when I KNOW I can...I had to call myself and confirmed I was right, the insurance rep tells me she can talk to her, when I try passing the phone to her she says "Im busy right now" (she was putting back a pair o glasses) she had no customers, so I had to get another staff to get on the phone to get my 8 yr old a replacement..VERY POOR service. I will never come back here. I rather drive to Henrietta.

Id avoid them but i was obligated after i put money down for contacts. I paid for half now half later but with how they treated me i said i didnt want to come back. She says either comback and pay the second half or take my downpayment and get 10% store credit. Im forced to come back. I arrive to my appt only to b told the doctor was out sick and i had to reschedule. Claims they tried to call me. Reschedule. Got to come back to pick up my contacts. Website and internet says store hours are open until 7. I get there they were closed at 6. I call and a rude lady named michelle told me its my fault i wasted maybe time maybe if i was smarted id call ahead. I dont even want to walk back in to get my things. Im disgusted

It is important to get enough sunglasses

I had sudden onset white lights, and eye pain, which can indicate a retinal tear. I was scheduled for exam by Dr. Katlyn Vitasi within hours. She gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Thankfully, My retina wasn't detatching, but was a condition that could be treated with antibiotics and eye drops, and I will be monitored by this doctor. I couldn't be happier with the care I received. The staff was good, the doctor and exam was GREAT!

Friendly, informative and fast. Much cheaper than other vision services. Happy with my 2 pair of classes.
