Great job Tyler at depew location.👍. He gave my 2 new pairs a great fit & had very helpful tips for me. He also adjusted my older ones (from Aurora Opmtometric), & now they are much more wearable. I'll return to America's Best for future purchases. (I was dissatisfied with Aurora Optometric). P.S. Demetria was also excellent when I first went to pick out my frames & place my order👍,very knowledgeable

I live in Florida (my mom used them when she was alive) and while visiting my glasses were loose and needed adjusting. and they were kind enough to fix them at no charge. Thank you so much!!!

We stopped in Southgate Optical today as I am in need of a new pair of glasses. We were stopped at the door by a chubby young man who immediately stated they had switched over to all designer frames and they don't take insurance. I told him I was paying cash for my glasses. He suggested I try the optical place up the street. I am a clean, well-dressed, 50-something, cash paying customer and he did not want my business. The message I got is that if you are over 30 and have insurance that covers eyeglasses and even if you don't, they don't want your business.

I was actually at Zehrs to go into the mobile shop expecting only to ask about a new phone deal. I wound up walking out with a fantastic new phone on a excellent plan with enough PC points for $200 worth of free groceries. A fantastic deal on a whim and I also got to shop for my groceries and grab my favorite ice cream and use the self-serve checkout option. There's always help, everybody knows what they're doing, and you might walk out with something you didn't expect that will serve you for years to come.

I have just had the best experience at this store. I stopped in to get my bent glasses fixed before taking a driving trip. Unfortunately, I needed a part on the trim. Andrea and Andrew jumped right in to try and solve my problem. Andrea had the part on an old pair of glasses. She let me HAVE the part and that is when Andrew jumped in to reassemble my glasses. They both went above and beyond to help me out. I cannot express how grateful I am to them. I hope your owner reads this so he/she knows what a fabulous job you did today. I am one happy customer.
