My comment is about the response from the owner(s) to the reviews on here. In both reviews I read they don't take responsibility or even admit to doing anything remotely rude, inconsiderate or unprofessional let alone apologizing. With that being said I'm already turned off before even going to the store and am looking for an eyeglass store right now online. Anyways just thought I'd leave my comment in response to seeing the owner's responses to other people's reviews. Thank you

It's relatively cheap and everyone is very nice and professional. Not sure what everyone is expecting....it's in a Walmart. Idiots!

Magnifique Service Client !!!

In-store service is good but I was told I would receive my glasses in 2 weeks and after a month I am still waiting. The customer service is not helpful and have no idea what's going on. They just pass on the blame to the lab but when you ask to speak to someone in the lab apparently you can't. I would not recommend Bonlook specially if you need your glasses urgently.

Simply Wow Super service, I recommand this place for everyone. At this place the owner will not trick you or play on you, he will help you & give you what you really need with a suitable price. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE there, appliances are very clean & fully good condition like a brand new. 5 stars from the purchase to the delivery.
