Très belle expérience! J'habite à Québec et j'ai été chercher mes lunettes là-bas! Le professionnalisme de l'endroit est sans égal. Je recommence Daniel Proulx Opticien à tout le monde!

En deux ans, Marie-France Clermont n’a pas été en mesure de reproduire la couleur de l’iris de ma fille. De plus, elle a été incapable d’ajuster sa prothèse de telle sorte que les deux yeux regardent dans la même direction en position « neutre ». Chaque fois, nous aurions dit qu’elle était dérangée par nos commentaires et nos demandes quant à l’amélioration de la prothèse de notre fille. Elle accepte mal la critique et son approche client est principalement basée sur « Je suis le maître, j’ai raison ». Nous avons changé d’oculariste.

I walked into their shop on a fluke and wound up buying two pairs of frames to take home. Nobody has a selection like this in our area. They will definitely be a stop the next time I go to Montreal!

Went to 5 different places because I was disappointed in the service. Walked into optique le cartier on a Saturday and fell in love with the staff. Amazing prices, first class service and my glasses were ready in 2 business days!

I do not recommend! I went to this location to inquire about an eye exam and was basically thrown out. Some guy with earrings and glasses talked to me so fast that I didn’t get all of the information from him the first time. He handed me a card and when I asked to clarify the times the doctor is in the store he seemed annoyed and started talking to me like I was stupid, while his coworker was almost giggling. I took my business to Advance Vision Care in downtown Burlington, where I was treated like my business mattered. They put me on a cancellation list so I could get my appointment in sooner if someone else canceled during my suggested free times. Very friendly and patient staff with a great selection of frames.

Wow. The service here was above and beyond what I was expecting when going to buy a pair of glasses. They made sure I bought the correct lenses for the activities I was planning on doing and explained ever question I had.

John is so kind, attentive and professional. I needed my new prescription urgently and he was able to fulfill that on the spot, within 20 mins.

I’m quite surprised with the negative reviews here, but I find the service has improved since I last purchased eyeglasses in this store. After visiting multiple optometrists, I find them to be very unwelcoming and unpleasant whenever I don’t purchase eyeglasses from their stores. Yes the quality isn’t like Versace or Tiffany and co however spending $195 on frames, lens, and extra add ons beat a pair that cost $500+. Why? Because when you have really bad vision and astigmatism glasses can get costly, so for lenses with great accuracy, Bonlook’s eyeglasses are the best bang for your buck. Ive ordered from multiple other brands such as eyebuydirect(10 plus frames), and firmoo (5 frames), zenni optical, and bonlook stands out. They actually measure your pd accurately in store. Frames are also stylish and in trend and you will most likely find something that will fit your face shape. Lastly, the service in Montreal trust downtown was amazing! The sales associates informed me of their promotion right away, what add ons they have ect. After a long day at the optometrist today, my partner saw a difference in customer service, and this is why bonlook’s customers come back. 4/5 stars, would recommend

The sales people were absolutely useless and rude. They were all just standing around and talking about their lives. Even the "store manager" Marc-Andre was always on his phone probably on Tindr or trying on sunglasses. Awful customer service, you can tell they are juste trying to make a sale and they're as fake as press on nails.

Best optometrist in town.Period.
