Eyewear & Opticians

People are nice but only 3 tills open at any given time. Always have wait in line as 4-5 employees stand around. Always out of basic groceries.

Darn cashier was so focused on upselling us on their stupid deal of the day item she neglected to ask us if we had an PC Optimum card to swipe. We noticed we didn't have points when we got to the car so my wife went back inside to get them to put them on her card. The customer service clerk said she couldn't do it there , that my wife would have to go through the whole bill to see how many points we were screwed out of and phone pc optimum center. We did and the lady on the other end said we are poop out of luck. I guess we will go to Sobeys and use and accumilate our scene points. Superstore you screwed up big time. We normally spend over $600 every 2 weeks. Now our business is going elsewhere. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

Claudiu has been my eye guy for over 21 years! He's always incredibly helpful and kind. He and his wife are the best and I send everyone I can to his place :)

I highly recommend Iris at Guildford Town Centre. Dr Fernandez is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable when meeting with his patients. I came in for an eye exam and left completely satisfied.Thefont desk staff are also very customer-oriented and professional, especially Jasmine, who was attentive, patient, courteous and professional. She wasareal pleasure to interact with. Wearing contact lenses, I am very happy to have found an excellent place that meets my needs.

Good for the most part. I ordered items to be shipped to me. Once they got their money and order. They ignored my mailing request, put it on the slowest mail possible. Good shop but like any purchase, double check and follow through.

. The dispute has been settled to both our satisfactions!

Cool find! Saved over $50 on my 6 month purchase compared to Clearly! I am now realizing the crazy mark-ups at eye wear stores. Will definitely return and recommend to all my friends!

Fast service, friendly, efficient staff

The owners of this place are very professional and friendly. Ever since I bought my first pair of glasses here, I've never gone anywhere else for purchasing my glasses. I've recently moved to near Surrey Central, but I still always come here for taking care of my glasses.

The staff here are amazing, friendly, and as a first time customer, treated me as though i have been a customer for years. so happy to have found this place. Love the service and the people.

Jason provides the best service and prices on glasses and hearing aids. I would not go anywhere else.

Always always the best, and I'm sad to see them gone :(

Great Optical!!!

Great staff! They stayed open late on a Friday of a holiday weekend so that I could come in on short notice.
