Received less than ideal service. Older woman had an attitude from moment I walked in and refused to help and just sat at desk. Luckily a woman assisted after she was done with her client.

I was in before 11am on Saturday, August 11th to get a pair of clubmasters fixed — I assumed I would have to A) Pay and B) Leave them there or send them away. NOPE. The person who was working took them and started working away while chatting with me and my Mom. My Mom started telling me about my Dad's broken Maui Jims and how he was going to try taking them to an eye doctor. After the ray-bans were fixed (maybe three minutes), he told us that Maui Jim had a centre in Ontario and gave her a box that was already addressed for her to send the sunglasses away. Again, no charge for that. Super friendly, tons of information, and never condescending. Really enjoyed our visit here and we didn't even buy anything new!

I left the point system and in fact you actually get groceries free. I have to say anything I would prefer if they keep their bathrooms clean in this day and age I would prefer that they have someone monitoring bathrooms at all times with drugs on the streets and all kinds of bad things going on I feel the diseases and safety of the public is essential for your business. Hire someone to supervise bathrooms always and don't love people just to use them as bathtubs

Mailed my titanium framed glasses from Pickering Ontario for repair of a broken bridge, returned within 13 days with almost invisible laser weld and also new nose pads. I could have sent them to a repair centre in Toronto but for $99. Very satisfied with the speed and cost at Laserfix.

Very poor quality glasses. Paid $350 for a pair of glasses, the lenses are easily scratched by normal daily using. I have worn glasses for more than 15 years. This is the worst pair I bought. Keep away from this store, don't waste your money.
