I had a broken glasses emergency with no back up pair. Boser was the only place in Fort McMurray that fit me in the same day for an exam. Their friendly staff helped me pick a fantastic pair of frames and put a red hot rush at the lab for me. The glasses were back in town and in my hands in just two days. The glasses are one of the best pair I've owned. Thanks Boser!

Sanjay and staff at Spexx are by far the best customer experience I’ve had. Not only did they work within my budget, Sanjay made sure I bought what I really wanted. I accidentally broke my glasses and it wasn’t covered under warranty by the manufacturer. Spexx offered me a new frame at no cost even though it wasn’t their fault that I broke my frames that weren’t under warranty anymore. I still paid a little amount.
