Flooring

Superb customer service, great price. Work was done as told. Courteous and polite workers who did my white floor looks awesome.I will use them again on my next project.

Hi Ali, first of all, I'm so sorry to say that this is the ever first time I've never seen such negative comments in the past ten years doing this business. Let me describe what happened on that day: It was a busy Monday as usual, once you and your friends stepped in, there were over ten people in the line at the front desk. So unfortunately neither me nor my colleague notice you and did not say any greetings to you. Our major business is wholesale, facing flooring stores, contractors, builders even real estate agents. We hardly do any advertising in this area, only 10% is retail customer, and most of whom were referred by their contractors, I guess that's the reason why you guys were here in our showroom, cause I saw one young contractor that I am familiar with. I was interrupted by a young lady saying" can you come for a second we've been waiting for so long"without looking at us When I was helping a contractor customer, who you mentioned as a "guy friend". I stand up immediately excused him and went straight to the lady in the showroom. She said there were two colors that she might want, and one of the colors is in our other location that I need to call and confirm the stock. I called Markham location and the receptionist said he's gonna call me back. The contractor said he had to rush and asked me to finish his order so he would be able to leave. Then I stayed in the front desk finished writing his order waiting for Markham's reply, only after 5 mins, the young lady stepped out from the showroom and taunted me "your customer service is AMAZING" and a guy showed us thumbs down. Another lady customer who was about to sign a contract agreement with us shaking her head and was shocked how young people have no patience at all nowadays. Everyone has a scale in their mind, mind your words young gentleman, sorry for my limited ability that I cannot please every single person like you. And again, please do not write this kind of review to mislead our potential customers.

on Sunday we are open 12 PM till 5 PM

About 10 years ago, I bought flooring for my home from Floors Direct, in Mississauga. They came highly recommended by a colleague of mine. They did a very poor job of installing the floors. When I tried to talk to them about it, the owner, Bob Benmurgie, threatened me with his lawyer. He did send over a detailer to inspect the situation. The detailer looked at me squarely and said, 'I am talking to you as I would my mother. Do not give them any more money.' Floors Direct refused to offer any more help. I did hold back a small amount of money. Instead of trying to help me, he slapped a lien on my house. It was never perfected, expired some years ago. Recently I sold the house. When my lawyer contacted Floors Direct, they wanted $500 for themselves and their lawyer wanted $500. I am now looking for hardwood floors for my new home and would NEVER EVER go to Floors Direct and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The best flooring place so honest people and friendly staff they always have new collection thanks :)

Laminate flooring company.

Very good prices with excellent staff and services I strongly recommend this place.

Extremely happy with the service. We had flooring done for our dental office in Brampton and they did amazing job. The work crews were professional and the workmanship is terrific. I recommend them without hesitation!!

They have a great combination in hardword, tiles, cabinet and more. The owner is very friendly and pick up phone anytime pleased for going to your house to measure in the evening. The price is absolutely competitive with labour and materials. Especially, they have many excellent staircase teams, one of the best in the industry at Brampton and GTA. Highly recommended.

I work there !

Now called hb

These guys are great. Ordered from them a few times now for our customers and have no issues. Great products, fast service and decent pricing! Sure they don't have the fancy showroom or anything like that, but it's not needed anyway.

Happy & his team provided us honest advice and helpful tips . The custom staircase turned out much better than I expected, it impresses anyone coming to my house. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a new condo and the floor flooded after we closed but before we took ownership. The insurance company received a quote from a different contractor, and the quote was ridiculously high, the options they offered were terrible, they tore up the floor to get a sample, and after a month of back and forth told us the floor sample I picked from the ones they offered wasn't available. I immediately cancelled that contractor and took a cash settlement. Karesz from downtown flooring was able to come to see the unit and quickly came up with a three-staged approach to check for damage, clean / fix what was needed, and then fix the ruined part of the flooring as cost efficiently as possible. In the end, his team was able to pull up nearly all of the flooded boards, confirm there was no damage / mold, patch the flooring that was damaged by the previous contractor, and have everything cleaned up and ready to go in a couple of hours. Couldn't be happier!

I have worked with and recommend the Carrillo team to dozens of customers and always had great feed back from them. The staff is easy to work with and has the latest information on all types of new flooring.
