Mike did an excellent job on our floors. He was immediately available to give us an estimate and was very fair with his pricing. He showed up when he said he was going to and finished a day early. His installation was flawless and he was very professional. I would highly recommend Glaze Flooring to all my friends and will definitely use them again.

This was my 1st stop in shopping around for flooring for my new home. Mike Ackley has been an absolute delight to work with! He has been professional, yet down to earth, friendly, and sincere. Nice not to have that pushy salesman feel- just pure, genuine help! Although I did not have O'Krent install my new floors- I am a single mom on a budget afterall.... Mike was awesome enough to get me a fantastic deal on the flooring materials! Hence again, he wasn't a pushy salesman, he never brushed me off when the quotes came in higher than what I could afford- he remained friendly, helpful, and professional. I was beyond satisfied to do business with him! I wish more people were like Mike- I would recommend anyone in the market to do flooring in your home- give Mike a call at O'Krent- you won't regret it.

Installer came back on his own to see if we had issues and we had minor issues. He fixed them on the spot. I’m impressed by the service.

Friendly and knowledgeable

We finally had our grout that was done by HOF looked at by another contractor. He confirmed our suspensions that that grout was in fact mixed improperly. We had HOF tile our entryway and living room. All of the grout is full of holes and gaps down to the concrete. We were told by HOF that our dogs caused the holes. Yes, they did, but only because the grout was too dry. We actually stayed in a hotel to make sure our dogs were off the grout for the time specified by HOF. Think about it. If my dogs nails caused the problem, then why is the rest of my grout throughout my home fine? We did try to talk to HOF, but all they were willing to do was fill in the grout. Filling in bad grout does not fix the problem! It has to be completely redone. Now we have to pay someone to fix their bad work!

Got my wood floors replaced, and I'm very happy with the way it all turned out. Crew was clean and professional and I had a great experience with Chase. Carpet coming next and I'll be giving them a call.

About 6 years ago, we had the Boatright folks install our wood floor downstairs and on our steps. They did an amazing job with that installation, and turned it around in exactly the time they quoted to us. We absolutely love the floor they installed for us! But what I believe really sets them apart is last week when we called them to help us with a portion of our steps that had split due to heavy traffic. The Boatright team scheduled around our busy schedule to come out and repair it for us! They were more than willing to stand behind their work and make sure we were completely satisfied with their flooring. I continue to be impressed by the team at Boatright and would recommend that anyone looking for wood flooring should bring the Boatright team out for the work. The quality of work and the outstanding flooring they provided sets them apart.

Tried to go today and never was helped stood around for like 10 mins no one came out...a child popped their head out and saw us but no one ever went into the show room to help us so we ended up leaving

All good... carpet turned out nice

They really like to yell at you and then waste your time. Save your money and go somewhere else. I’m missing chunks of carpet and I got yelled at by them. Wow!! Just don’t do it!

Worst company ever. They are replacing the flooring in my apartment. They already broken two appointments. Been hours late. Just not shown up. And they lie to your face.

Butler Floors did an excellent and personalized service to install new vinyl plank floors in our condo in central Austin. We were out of town and had to coordinate via telephone and email which went smoothly at a good price, and the floors were perfectly installed in one day by a professional crew.

The overall installation of carpet in my apartment was done satisfactorily, but I would like to point out some mild damgae, and sloppy work. 1.The workers of Impact Floors damaged the weather stripping on the door. 2. Impact Floors removed the door jam, did not put it back, and now it is missing. 3. Impact Floors used my bath tub and left a mess. 4. They left caulk and other white materials on the floors leaving them dirty. 5.I do not know if it is standard to vacuum after an installion, but there are carpet fibers everywhere. 6. The workers of Impact Floors tracked cement or bonding material down the entire stairs and tracked the same material onto the new carpet. The pictures of the stairs and bath tub were taken today, 6 days after the job.
