Flooring

I have loved working with these guys! We bought our flooring and molding pieces from them at a really great deal. When we went to start installing, the molding pieces did not match the flooring at all. I was so frustrated and I went in the store to complain and admittedly was not very pleasant about it. I had checked the boxes before I took them back and they had the same color name as the flooring, but they explained that the flooring manufacturer often outsources the molding pieces so they may be a little different. They helped me pick out a different color that would match my flooring better and exchanged them free of charge. I couldn't believe they would help me out like that when it wasn't even directly their fault. Truly incredible service and patience with unhappy customers. I'm a customer for life.

Great finish. Great customer service and installation. They did exactly what the said at the agreed to time. Perfect job by Miguel.

We had someone come out so we could get a quote for our kitchen remodel. He seemed disinterested in every idea we brought up and was constantly assuming about our financial situation. He then left saying he may write it up that day or another day. 2 days later we called to see if there was any progress and he told us he was not interested in doing the job and did not bother working on anything. I don't mind if he did not want to do the job, but some professionalism would have been nice. Tell me you are not interested and we can all move on. If this is what happens even before anything is started, I can't imagine the troubles that would have come up if they actually started the work. Don't waste your time like they did ours.

Very helpful staff. Needed to find something that would actually treat my weeds and they gave me some great advice.

We worked with Rich previously and when we needed new flooring we went back to him.

Amazing company! Amazing staff!! Will always recommend and use not only for personal use for ourselves but also for professional use for my husbands customers with his handyman business!

Great service

Worst customer service experience I have had in longer than I can remember. My wife and I were shopping for carpet for a room in a house we are buying and visited several retailers. We ultimately settled on Baker Brothers on Camelback because, even though they were slightly more expensive, we thought they would do a professional job. We went in on a Saturday, took some carpet samples and were told we should bring them back the next day on Sunday. That's exactly what I did, and I went in to let Rich know that we were decided on a carpet and asked that he write up a proposal. He wrote everything out on a 3"x5" notepad and it was a little more expensive than what we had discussed the day before, but no harm there, the square footage needed to be upped due to the shape of the room. My wife wasn't with me on Sunday, so I called her to discuss the pricing. She had no issue with the fact that it was more than what we thought it would be, but asked me to get a written quote so that we could discuss it when I got home. I returned to the counter and asked Rich if he could write up the quote on something more official than a piece of scratch paper and his response shocked me so much, that I literally stood there dumbfounded for a moment. He burst out and said "NO! That's not how this works! YOU EITHER BUY IT OR YOU DON'T!" I was speechless for a moment because I couldn't understand where this was coming from. Up until that point he had been very pleasant and I the same. Maybe he thought I was going to take the quote somewhere else to try to get a better deal? I have no idea, but the outburst was startling. I then calmly said, "well, let me at least take a picture of the price breakdown" (the pad of paper he had written it up on), so that I could show my wife the itemization when I got home, and he grabbed the pad out of my hand and said "No! Look, I've done all of this for FREE for you!" pointing to the pad. Really? You calculated what it would cost to provide your service "for free"? Isn't that how it's supposed to work? Call me crazy, but it's 2017 and most people understand that part of business is letting the customer know what your product or service is going to cost and, gee, I don't know, even letting them take a written estimate home to their spouse to talk it over. As he sat down and began to say something else, I was no longer listening and just said "thank you, Rich" and walked out. He lost a $900 sale, but more importantly, I hope that people read this and know what kind of person they are going to be dealing with when they consider spending their money here (I am not certain, but I believe he is likely the proprietor of what is probably a franchise, as there are multiple locations). We will happily be buying our carpet somewhere else, yes, even if it ends up costing slightly more. Welcome to the digital age, Rich.

Always very helpful.

Eveyone we encountered was polite and helpful. We found a few needed items at great prices.

Primera supplied all cabinets, countertops, flooring, and wall tile for my new build home. They offered full design services free of charge and had an amazing array of product to choose from. My installers were professional and as I built a semi-custom home, I was able to witness personally much of the process. The few material and installation issues we did run across were adiquately handled and over-all, I felt that the primary goal was always to deliver a beautiful finished product. I will use them on my next home.

Arizona Hardwood Floor went the extra mile to provide us some with some samples. I really was thankful to learn the pros and cons of hard wood verses the new laminate products on the market. Before your buy tile I encourage everyone to look into the products at Arizona Hardwood Floor.

I came in today to pick it flooring for my new place, the guy who helped me was great and helped me out a lot even though he was there by himself and the store was packed with two three other folks. Thanks my friend

Product is great and a good price. Customer service is variable depending on who you deal with. Installation price is almost double what you can get a very competent flooring company to do it for. Don't make the mistake of letting their contracted installers install your flooring, they'll add a hefty fee to it to boost their profit. You could actually use the same installers they use independently and save thousands.

Found what we needed with help of very nice young man. Everyone is always helpful

Nice store had everything we were looking for. Only problem was the quality of one item we can get a better quality az kit for the same price
