We are remodeling our home and waited for the appliance sale. We went to Lowe’s to look at the appliance packages. There were three associates at the computer station and we waited for them to finish their conversation. None of them offered to help us. Finally we had to ask them for help. We ended up leaving and buying from Home Depot instead.

No respect for a state sponsored ID that says veteran. I got the ID at the suggestion of a veteran friend. No extra card to carry. The state required you prove your status. DONE! They require your DD214 to prove your status. This is recognized by everyone except Home Depot that I have come across. So vets be aware you must take your military ID to Home Depot because they won't recognize your state ID with your veteran status. Bad job Home Depot!. I am not a customer anymore and I will make sure I speak out about it.
