Furniture

Gorgeous furniture and employees are so helpful!

If your reading this, it means your relatively concerned about what you do with your money. I wouldn’t eat at a restaurant with a rating this low, take your money elsewhere. The taste of a good deal went instantly sour, ended up getting a full refund. The day we went to get our refund, there banking institution said they had reached their daily refund limit, they had to issue a check.. wow The comment below is for show, they don’t respond, and even there corporate office never returned our calls either.

We purchased kitchen appliances at the Brick but unfortunately the fridge got damaged during delivery. We called the store and they replaced it with new one and more discount. Jason, Mashid and Debbie were so good on helping us and cannot thank them enough for the help. Will definitely go back at this store!

Good selection of home decoration and everyday use items.

Bought two cottage pieces through my dealer, very nice work! I ordered a distressed finish sofa table and entertainment unit, both look old and very cool. Not expensive either. Thanks guys.

I have been buying stuff from Anshu and those guys for years now. They offer excellent pricing and the quality of the furniture and mattresses that we have bought from them over the years have always lasted. They have always provided an accurate delivery date and never let us down on meeting that promised date. Do yourself a favor and go see the guys at Whitby Furniture you wont be sorry!

Zia helped us with getting best furniture best price, we will always be getting all our home and office furniture from him at this store, A lot of good collection on the floor to scholar from great prices great staf Thanks zia for your care and suggestions

Great service

Wonderful staff. They allowed us to use a freezer for our fundraiser for the day. We were amazed that this kindness and generosity was extended to our function. Steve was most helpful, from beginning to end. We will definitely be returning for our next furniture purchase.

Great service and great prices for quality furniture

Jordan Bold was the best! Very helpful, just wanted to hang out with him for the afternoon! Very nice guy going to get in touch on Tuesday!

a truly amazing store, modest prices and such friendly staff. its a joy to go there

Loved shopping at the Whitby location, the staff was super helpful and I received all my items successfully. Love their new items and the set up :)

We found Brian to be helpful and knowledgeable about the chairs he had to suit our purpose. We appreciated his assistance and the fact he did not pressure us in any way. Good job!

Purchased a couch and dining set for a great price. Jeff is knowledgeable and friendly as always. I like the way he points out what the issue is with the item you are looking to purchase he takes his time with his customers. Highly recommended. I will be back for pretty much all my furniture needs. Thanks everyone at Scratch and Dent!

Great selection. Owners and staff are friendly and helpful!

Very friendly & accommodating

Not so sure about their products. I know personally that a majority of the staff working there wouldn't be able to get a job anywhere else. They are rude and disrespectful bunch.
