Furniture

Phenomenal customer service. There was a very minor defect in our sectional we bought and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They were so polite and were happy to help, even scheduled a delivery to replace the piece with no fee, even though we had originally picked up from the warehouse ourselves. This is what true customer service and great business practice looks like. Very nice pieces, reasonable prices, and low pressure sales people. We love our new sectional!

Great selection and great staff.

In most cases buying new furniture is like buying a new car. Not at Ashley Furniture! We were welcomed as soon as we arrived by Ed. We discussed what we had come in for and he immediately showed us two ideal options. We needed some time to discuss and he was very respectful and did not pressure us. We were so impressed with the selection of furniture we ended up buying for 3 different rooms and they were very fair with the pricing giving us a sizeable discount. Ed also explained the warranties really well and answered my concerns before I asked them. I would highly recommend Ed and Ashley Furniture. We will be back!

I recently moved to Victoria from Vancouver, upsizing from a small condo to a house. Parc Modern provided a wide selection of the highest quality furniture, including many Canadian-made lines, as well as exceptional service. Jody and David spent a significant amount of time over a number of visits to identify the right furniture for my tastes that would compliment my new home. They asked the right questions and I never felt pressured or rushed. They have obviously been doing this for years. What I had approached as with trepidation turned into an exceptionally positive experience. The furniture was delivered this week and it's beyond expectation. I never would have been able to pull it off without their design advice. Kudos to Ben as well as he kept me updated on the particulars of the order and the delivery, which was conducted with white-glove service. A truly professional operation from end to end.

Beautiful shop with amazing finds

Very happy with the whole experience. Sales lady was very helpful, understood what my elderly Mother needed and guided us to the best possible chair for her.

Very nicely done nice furniture store & more

Grest service. Knowlegable staff. We will return! Thanks Pam!

I experienced very positive customer service with Joe Manjhu from Leon's, he was very organised and helpful with me when purchasing my new sofa. Thank you

This was my first experience buying any large piece of furniture and I have to say doing it with The Brick was the best choice! When I went in with my friend we were greeted right away by Kam and he was phenomenal from the get go and very knowledgeable about the products and helped me through the whole purchase! I will admit I had a bit of frustration when dealing with one of the customer care associates as well as when there was a hiccup in delivery...however Kam and Brent went above and beyond for me and in the end couldn't have been happier with the end result! Next purchase is a dyson and I will definitely be dealing with The Brick!! Thanks to Kam,Brent and their team :)

Friendly be helpful staff.

There is no comparison, these beds are better then anything on the market! I am also glad I spent the money to have it professionally installed. I love my Empress Murphy Bed with side units! Thank you Gary and Joe

My wife and I went shopping for TV room seating for our new house. We were greeted by Mark. Originally, we said that we just wanted to browse, but it became evident that he was very knowledgeable about options for the kind of things we had in mind. He showed us what seemed to be the perfect Canadian manufactured line of power recliners. After taking measurements, we went back the next day and ordered the console love seat. We were tested with respect and utmost patience. We did not dicker over price - the prices on all the showroom stock seemed quite reasonable. I highly recommend Dodds for its quality and integrity. We were very well treated and ended up with exactly what we wanted.

Great trip in a long time over to the island to your store. I love my chair, glad I got the heat for it. Thanks for the great help

Had great customer service today while purchasing a bed set and small sofa. Andrew and Tom were helpful and easy going to work with. Thank you!
