I volunteer here. I can say with confidence that the volunteers, nurses and staff here are 100% dedicated to the residences here.

My aunt is living at Elim Springs needing help and assistance due to onset on dementia. She is very happy with staff, food, activities. She is well looked after while maintaing her independance. She is always clean, well dressed, she is a also a vegetarian. Residence cook always maikes her favourite foods. Joyce Bilbao

This Place is horrible, beyond horrible, some of the healthcare staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful and not very helpful when you ask them for anything, you could stand at the Nursing station for hours and none of them will give you attention or even care.

I cannot praise this place enough. My boss was left short-staffed when one of his mother's caregivers abruptly quit just before the end-of-year holidays; the team at Home Instead took the reins immediately resolved a very stressful situation. We are so grateful for their excellent work. Cecilia was so helpful, communicative, and organized. She really made us feel cared for.

They will provide you service but if you let say could walk after receiving their care you will become totally paralaized in legs, no values with untrained staff, and rude mages. Personally I won't offer this company if you are after getting proper care.

Wonderfull and passionate staff. The management of this home really cares about providing the best possible senior living experience.

I found the building clean and spacious and the staff competent and friendly. My mother was well cared for but was moved to another facility which catered to people of her ethic background. The new facility was also located close to her friends; otherwise I would have gladly had her remain in Downsview LTC

Friendly caring staff.

My Dad was taken here after private care was becoming far too expensive to maintain. Previously had him in a private Care facility that was double the cost. Father been here for now for a few months. I was initially concerned that the care would not be up to standards the private one afforded. Boy was I wrong. The care here at Eatonville on my Dads floor is frankly magnitudes better than the private care, not even taking into account the cost. Was talking to my sister days ago and we were talking how good the care he is receiving and only we had known we would have moved him over years ago.

The Nurses are nice people and they do care but always so much later than they say and you wait for them and they don't show up and you don't even get the curtesy of a phone call to say they are running late. A phone call would go a long way and I would of given more stars. My other complaint was no one bothered to order the supplies I needed until it was too late.
