When my father was in the hospital we chose Comfort Keepers personal support workers to assist in his hospital stay. They were efficient, thoughtful and helpful. We knew he was well cared for. They were great from the minute we first called them. They did a thorough intake and matched my father with a perfect caregiver. I really liked that I could reach someone in the office day or night, It was a worry free process.

Wonderful home care for seniors in Etobicoke, especially for care after a stroke. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff

Patients seem to go downhill so much faster as soon as they show up here. The atmosphere is very depressing and the staff seemed to only pay attention to your loved one if a family member is visiting. I saw staff lose a patient and I had to tell them where she went. I also saw staff laugh at an older woman because they couldn't understand what she was saying. They literally don't care about the patients, find another long term facility, trust me. Take a tour and see how the people without visitors are treated too.

My dear dad was there a few short weeks, but he and myself loved it. All the staff were long standing and truly loved their work. While my dad on pallative care and in very bad shape, PSW washed his hair on his scheduled day. She did not have to do that. This is example of kind of care given. Do not be afraid to live here. It is a good, fine place that serves the residents well at their time in life, ie. Nursing home care. Forever grateful.

My grandma lost all her jewelry while in care here...Because of dementia or staff, we will never know

Long standing reputation.

I did my placement in this awesome facility and it was an unforgetable experience. All the staff are very nice and friendly. I admire how the admins,other staffs and nursing staffs do their caring for elders with a heart. Its a great and fantastic facility❤️
