If you want your loved one treated with elderly abuse including but surely not limited to verbal abuse, physical, mental and emotional abuse and even forgotten meals than this is the place for you, folks! From day old soiled depends that they "simply forgot" to telling my grandmother the family hates her because we have to wait until boxing day to see her as work schedules stopped us from going today on Xmas day. This place is a joke. The director needs to be taken out and fired, the staff need to be given a taste of there own medicine, and the residences need to be moved and then a wrecking ball needs to be put through the dump. Actually leave the staff in the building then send a wrecking ball through. Pathetic losers.

Georgian Heights is a very caring and friendly place to be and to visit. The staff are extremely proud of their residance and the residents. We totally enjoy the time with them.

They are really friendly and helpful .

Narrow hallways, smelled like urine, but looked clean.

I was locked in my house for two days by snow up against both front and rear doors. I attempted to get help but I did not know who to contact. I remembered my experience with CCAC after I returned from London University Hospital in 2011. I checked the web site and found an email address. I received an answer from a woman in London who worked in Client Services. She could not help me but gave me suggestions about who I might contact. In my email I included my address and phone number. About an hour or so later, I received a phone call. It was from someone outside my house on a cell phone. This woman from London has a daughter who lives in Owen Sound. She was calling me to make sure that she had the right house. She was with her little girl and they were sent here by the lady in London to shovel me out. That lady's name is Jane Easun.
