Food was fantastic

WoW...what a service compared to just 85 a night during high season. Breakfast was very good, room extra clean and very quiet place. I highly recommend it for any one passing by.

The rooms were much better than I expected given the price point. Older building, and needs some maintenance, but the beds are new, and comfortable. The restaurant is also older, but the food was excellent! And food pricing was very inexpensive. We had supper for two, and it was $20 with tip. overall, the room was fine, and the service from the owner and staff was beyond excellent! I asked for out supper to go, and he delivered it to our room free of charge! Would stay again if I was in Brooks

Staff go above and beyond... Thoughtful, helpful, and sincere. Rooms fully equipped. Waterslide super fun for the kids.

This place was good. Cheap, clean, nice lady at front desk.

My women use to work there and my consaultant use to be in there drunk every night so it must me a trashy place lol. The teashier the better.

It is a decent motel. The room could definitely be cleaner.

Went in there and was treated horribly. The lady was incredibly rude. Would give no stars but wanted to be able to leave a review. Never going in there again! Can’t believe how rude the lady was!
