Today i went in and a young girl by the name of Stephanie totally rocked! I had to fix my purchase but didn't have my receipt because it was a year old and i had lost it durring my move. She turned my frown upside down the moment she said she was going to try and search for the purchase through her database. She asked me the date and more or less what time it was when i purchased it. As she scrolled through many mannnny purchases SHE FOUND IT!!😊 SOO THANKFUL FOR HER ABOUVE AND BEYOND SERVICE! Its people like you that make experiences special. See you soon!

Liz, the watch repair specialist is awesome. Incredibly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to explain the science behind the problem behind my watch repair.

After speaking with you they know your style & what your looking for. They are keen on selling quality items. I've also had pieces custom made that are beautiful. You need to go and check out their products, you won't be sorry & I'm sure you'll find something you can't live without! Short on cash no worries, they have financing and layaway available. They were so knowledgeable and polite. My son took some of his grandmothers diamonds in to have an engagement ring designed for his fiancé. They took special care in learning what his vision was for the ring. They designed the most gorgeous engagement ring for my son in just 2 weeks. I would highly reccomend them to anyone that is looking for something very personalized.

Got a watch repaired. It was done when they said it would be and was in good working order. Price was fair for a high end time piece. Very good service.

This was a lovely and surprising experience. My gold chain was tangled, and I had been told by another jeweler (to remain nameless) that it would have to be sent out for repair but not to worry as “it’s not expensive”. I was delighted to walk into the Jewelry Source, meet Michelle, see their store, and get to know a truly grand dog on the premises. Michelle worked at untangling the chain for a while then asked if I would leave it overnight. A couple of hours later she called me and announced success. I picked it up the following day. The store did not charge me for the service. This is a neighborhood treasure and I intend to make it my first choice for jewelry purchases and repair from now on.
