I went to Piercing Pagoda today around 11:15 am. The young lady was very patient and assisted me in getting the right hoop earrings that i wanted. Pretty good customer service today IMHO.

We went to 23rd Street Jewelers a few years ago for my wife's wedding band and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I went back a few weeks ago to buy my wife a Christmas gift, and had another fantastic experience. They have some very nice and expensive jewelry, and I immediately informed them I was looking for something reasonably priced. There were several people buying five-figure pieces, but they treated me with absolute kindness and respect despite my lower budget. Walked out with a stunning rose gold and tourmaline necklace that my wife really loved! Great store and great people!

One of my favorite stores at the mall. It was such a great selection that seems perfectly curated just for me. They have limited a selection to choose from and only a few stalls available. The staff are pleasant to deal with.
