I just got the most beautiful necklace for Valentines dayveveryonebwas so helpful and accommodating. They have something for everyone in every price range.

I brought my niece to get her ears pierced. I was serviced by an associate by the name of Karla followed by a assistant manager by the name of Ashley whom didnt even have a name tag on her shirt. They both were very disrespectful we walked in on a non busy day we weren't even acknowledged until i said "Hello". Karla gave me some paperwork to fill out, she didnt explain what it was for. As she is about to start the process, she didnt even tell my niece when she was gonna begin to pierce her ear she literally just snap the piercing on her. Afterwards i had to ask for care instructions because she didnt even tell me any after care instructions. They had promotion signs all over the store and they didnt even bother to explain what they were "customer service?" So to finish off we did our purchase they did not i repeat DID NOT!!!! OFFER ME THE PROMOTION OF THE 20% OFF NEXT PURCHASE they were advertising. When i went back in to speak to Karla as to why she didn't give it to me she stood quiet and wasnt sure on how to answer so she redirected me to assistant store manager "Ashley". Ashley was awfully rude, she began to give me attitude and was not courteous at all. She was not trying to understand my question so to shut me up they gave me a coupon they know wouldnt work on any other day. What kind of training did these team members get? Specifically how does someone like Ashely get a manager position when she has pooor customer service. I will never shop at this claires or at claires in general. This was the worst shopping experiece EVER!!!!!!! PLEASE opt to go elsewhere and research before going to any Claire's. This unacceptable!!!!!!!!

I recieved a beautiful set of earrings for my birthday from a kay on line order, but the earring stones did not match, I went from Pasadena all the way to Carson to find them in the store to exchange, sadly those didnt match neither. But Laura store manager was the Best! Ordered new earrings and she made sure i was getting what i wanted and made sure that i was happy. Im extremely happy with the results and customer service. Thank you Laura

One of the few places that carries DanHov. Prices are exactly what was expected. Although a little forgetful at times but with the current remodeling happening, it is understandable.

Every visit is pleasant I always get a welcoming greeting. They know my name and make me feel welcome whenever I come inside the store. Great service and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING JEWELRY HERE.

Just got one of the gorgeous otter and heart pendants from them, and it was beautiful. The person I got it for absolutely loves it. Also the help I got from the owners was outstanding, they were quick to reply to any of my questions and were extremely helpful!

I am very dissapointed at the old lady with cropped boyish blonde hair the one with a very healthy appetite to less the least at Clair’s. She has no respect or understanding of customer service. She stood behide the cash register the entire time my husband and I were shopping while leering at us. Once this became very oblivious I started to stare back than she demanded I clean up her store cause it was a mess I replied that’s your job. I didn’t even make this mess. And than she stated she watched me. Super customer service skills on her part. not. Maybe step outside of the cash rep an help ur customers instead of watching them like there theives and poilety talk to them in a respectful manner. Obliviously we left. We were frequent customers of Clair’s never really cared for this fat obliviously sexually confused gal but her rudeness usually goes unnoticed since she’s generally in the back office to never be seen. understandably Clair’s wouldn’t want her with customers. It’s nice of clairs to hirer people with disabilities but she needs to find a job where people are not within her sights. she’s clearly never had to deal with repeat customers. Long story short we’re Never going back again. I can see why she will never b more than a shop clerk.

I needed to buy a simple necklace to hang a ring on, and I had no idea what I wanted. The associate first helped me find a length I liked, then proceeded to help me find a style I liked. When we found one that was close but not quite what I wanted, he offered to special order it for me so I could have exactly what I wanted. My whole experience was great!

Very snotty sales people here. They should remember they're only clerks.
