Dear Sirs, I would like to compliment one of your employees, Michelle Trudel working at your Kors Outlet situated at 19001 Chemin Notre Dame #354, Mirabel, QC J7J 0R6, for her excellent service she provided my wife and I 5 March 2018. Ms. Trudel helped us sort out an issue with my wife’s Kors Large Jet set bag. The MK emblem was printed in reverse. Ms. Trudel took immediate action no questions asked. She replaced the emblem with another that please my wife and took pictures of the original to send to your head office. A few days later we received a follow up telephone call by Ms Trudel only to inform us that she is still working on the case with the head office. About one-week later Ms. Trudel contacted us again to give us an update. Needless to say, my wife was happy with the new emblem and informed Ms Trudel it would not be necessary to try to get the original emblem for that purse. I have dealt with a lot of customer service issues in the past, the service we received by Ms Trudel cannot go without merit. Ms. Trudel's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation and follow up quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended and exemplified. Please ensure to inform this employee of her greta work and dedication to your company. Sincerely, Rob & Marie-Josee
