The finest staff. I called Dave the other day to get my watch adjusted, he welcomed me anytime to the store and didn't charge me anything for the adjustments. Dave and his staff were wonderful, the customer service is A1 at this place. I ended up buying a nice set of ear rings for my Wife in order to compliment the type of service this store offers. Customer service really matters to me or anyone for that matter and Devons have that in place. Wishing your business the best! Thank you Dave! Niroop

I got my ears pierced yesterday. I’ve already had my firsts done by Claire’s for a few years now. So I decided to get my seconds and thirds done at Icing’s. Employees were great, I loved the results. My left ear has been just fine, not sore at all. My right ear has been tremendously sore. On the bottom of the aftercare sheet it says in black and white, “please call us with any questions”, then listed their store phone number. I decided to reach out to them and a very rude woman answered the phone. As I told her my situation; she immediately cut me off and almost shouted to me “I’m not a doctor I can’t tell you if your ear is supposed to be sore still or not.” All I asked her was “Is it common for piercings to still be sore after 24 hours.” The thing that upsets me is, do not list the store phone number and tell the paying customer to call with any questions about their recent piercing, when our questions are null and void. Unfortunately, I won’t be going to Claire’s or Icing’s again for any sort of purchasing.

Have been to this store several times and have been helped by several different people, and never have had a bad experience with anyone being rude. Always have had great experiences. I actually went there yesterday, and the woman who helped me went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I will keep returning to get more pieces here.

I needed a new pair of earrings and was walking through the mall. I stopped at the Piercing Pagoda,where I had met a charming young woman by the name of Anna. He bubbly demeanor , knowledge of stock, and her personal touch won me over. I continue to shop time and again at the Pagoda and have since meet most all employees. Karen, Victoria, and Madison fit right in with the style of customer service which is unprecedented to 'any' shop at the Galleria mall. Your little girls will be comforted by the shop teddy bear, as they brave their piercing process. It was a wonderful idea for them to come up with. All the employees at the Pagoda should be commended for their efforts !

Went here to get a chain and lighting bolt, staff was helpful and even referred me to a jeweler who altered my chain FOR FREE. Thank you.

Everyone here is just so amazing and friendly, I've gotten to know everyone over the years I've frequented here, and really they have the most outstanding customer service!! I love how they'll help find whatever you need and won't pressure you into buying anything if you don't want to. I love the selection and variety of everything, it's just wonderful.

Horrible customer service and the manager at our location is very hostile ... rather than providing us with answers she sent us away.. I originally opened my account in Eagle Rock, CA and the people there were awesome.

Very clean and visually appealing location, the staff is helpful and very accommodating as well. I was in August of 2017 and the gentleman working was happy to just talk watches, I have been looking around for a specific omega speedy and I felt like I knew pretty much everything about them until i met him, he was very knowledgeable and he was more than willing to let me wear what was in the case.

Great service by all the staff there. The staff was very helpful figuring out what I was looking for and showing me various choices.
